good shopping experience, hat too big
The purchasing experience was easy and my hat arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, even with the stretchy sizing band adjusted to the smallest size, the hat is still too big for me. I will probably have to double up the material on the sizing band and put in some stitches to keep it in place.
I do like the very wide brim on the hat.

I never received the hats (did get a refund)
I never received the hats.
The order (near as I can tell) arrived somewhere in Topika Kansas, not my home address in Colorado. I've waited over a month and still no product.
Ok - I was contacted and a refund was given... mostly. There was $.90 taken from the refund. So, effectively, it cost me $.90 to learn not do do business with this company.
Update: After interacting with their customer support, they did ultimately fully refund my full amount. Ultimately, I am largely happy with satisfied with the result, though I would have preferred to just to have had the hats. I'll assume that sending the hats to Topeka was an honest mistake, not an indication of their day-to-day operation.

I ordered a pair of wallets and unfortunately they sent me two of their older model wallets probably left over from their stocks of inventory. I didn't catch it initially as I assumed they had sent me the correct model wallets as I bought one for me and another for my son. A couple of weeks later I opened the package and realized their error and emailed a complaint. I was shocked that less than a week later they refunded my money. That was fast as I thought it was going to take a lot more effort on my part to get my money back so based on this experience I wouldn't mind doing business again with Buytto.

Expectation not met
The hats were a bit expensive, but to protect me from the sun I was ok with it. I was very disappointed when they came. The material is very flimsy, making it flat on your head, and donât not keep the sun from your face like the commercial show. And is not very cut. Lesson learned, donât buy from informercials, you never get what they advertise.
