Today I received the first Goodiebox. Can´t wait to try all the products.

I just received the advent box and I am so pleased. It is a nice white box with top mirror and 3 drawers filled with 30 Christmas beauty presents, one for every day in December. Every small box hides a nice product like day cream, nail polish, mascara, etc. A really nice present to surprise someone or just for yourself.

Les boîtes et leur contenu sont vraiment magnifiques. .
C'est chouette collection déjà de belles boîtes où on peut mettre pleins de choses dedans et trier ses maquillages ou bijoux ou articles de créations,.. pleins de choix.
Et l'envie et le goût de prendre soin de soi, ne pas avoir de regrets, désolée mais on ne l'est de prendre du temps pour nous on le mérite chaque femmes. Et ensuite l'excitation chaque mois d'ouvrir sa boîte, de se demander comment elle seras et qu'est qu'il y aura dedans.
Des peeling, masque, soin, pinceaux, vernis, belle boîte de fards à paupières et j'en passe il y en a tellement je voudrais pas à en oublier. Vraiment je vous laisse découvrir.
C'est chouette le concept rien à dire.
Et j'ai jamais vu une équipe au temps réceptive et à l'écoute.

Ma dernière expérience est la boîte backstage de Dior, révélant quelques belles surprises de cette gamme.
Très bonne initiative à renouveler

Ik ben superblij dat ik mij anderhalf jaar geleden geabonneerd heb op Goodiebox! Elke maand kijk ik uit naar het moment dat ik de nieuwe box weer kan openen en kan ontdekken welke nieuwe dingen er weer in zitten. De producten zorgen tussendoor ook telkens voor ontspannende momentjes in het stressvolle leven dat wij allemaal leiden.

I must say I love this monthly treat! The boxes always contain great quality products with a nice variety. I’ve always had great service. In the box I received this month, I had one product that got damaged in the proces. This was the very first time during my membership and I had to contact their costumer services. I got a quick and very friendly reply with a proposal for a compensation for the damaged product. I’m very grateful I got helped so fast and in such a friendly way! Thank you Susanne 😉! I definitely recommend Goodiebox to everyone!

Every month, receiving my Goodiebox is a moment of surprise. A caring packaging and great variety of quality products.
In the 2 years I’ve had the membership, there have been two broken products upon delivery and the happiness team is incredibly reactive and eager to help.
I highly recommend that each person deserves a feel good moment and the Goodiebox is definitely the thing I need to focus on myself 🥰

Le concept est sympa. Cela fait 1an et demi que je suis abonnée. J'ai pu faire de belles découvertes plus que je n'ai été déçue, ça arrive que certaines box ne soient pas à mon goût et que les produits ne me soient d'aucune utilité.
Néanmoins cela reste intéressant comme expérience.
Le service après vente est très gentil et attentionné.

La goodiebox quasiment 2 ans que je suis abonné et quel bonheur de recevoir des produits recherchés différentes des autres box
Sa se voit que la box est faites avec amour vraiment n’hésitez pas si vous souhaitez la commander vous serez ravis je vous le garantis

Goodiebox is in one word ‘amazing’. Every month I look forward to recieve this box. There is a lot of variety between the products. This box is my gift to myself every time and it makes my day when I find it on my doorstep. The service is also incredible, last month I had a product of which the bottle broke and I got the product again and another empty box because it was damaged by the product. It also really nice to get Goodiepoints if you write reviews about your box and what’s in it. You can save these points to get a box for free. My opinion about Goodiebox, 12 points on a marge of 10! as always I was very excited to receive my monthly Goodiebox :) to my surprise I received 1 article double and 1 was missing .
i sent an email to the goodiebox staff and not only were they super friendly, they immediately sent me the missing article and I could keep the double article :) what a service !!!

Sinds enkele maanden krijg ik elke maand de goodiebox in mijn brievenbus. De afgelopen maanden zijn voor mij heel zwaar geweest, ik heb een depressie en de maandelijkse box is echt een lichtpuntje. Even een me-time moment zonder me schuldig te voelen. Elke keer opnieuw is het een beetje als kerst pakjes uitpakken. En telkens opnieuw ben ik verbaasd welke goodies ik krijg. Ik heb nieuwe merken en producten leren kennen en ik heb mijn daily producten kunnen uitbreiden. Ik raad het aan iedereen aan. ben je niet thuis in de beauty world is het perfect om toch kwalitatieve producten uit te testen. En ben je zoals mij geïnteresseerd in alles wat met beauty te makken heeft is het fantastisch om je kennis te kunnen uitbreiden en vlijtig te kunnen testen!
Ook niets dan lof over de snelle en vriendelijke service van de klantendienst!

Een klantenservice waar andere bedrijven een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen, no nonsense, instant oplossing, fantastisch!
