Products are extremely good quality and practical. The website is easy to use and checkout process is quick and easy, no unnecessary messing around which I love!
They look after their customers which is a huge thing for me as a consumer, because of this I keep coming back to them and recommend their products to anyone I can!

I love my puffer car seat. It is perfect for all weather conditions and is cosy and practical. It's very comfy for my dog and it has made car journeys so much less stressful. Thank you!

I have purchased 2 jumpers for my cockapoo and they are the most beautiful quality - he gets compliments every time he wears them and they keep him so cosy. Every order has arrived really quickly and customer service are super helpful. I could literally buy every single thing on the website it's all so cute and there is no other brand like it!

From browsing to delivery it was the perfect or should I say ‘Pawfect’ experience! Website was really easy to navigate and browse all the information related to a product. We bought the marshmallow car seat and water bottle, the imagery was super helpful and accurate to represent the product you actually receive. If your getting a new pup like we were I’d highly recommend ByTeddy. We’re a week in and our puppy loves its car seat even throughout the day, finding it a relaxing experience for them.

The packaging was great, quick turn around from order to delivery, quality of the product feels fantastic and a true representation of the images online. Too early to comment on durability but so far so good.

I couldn’t be happier with the Winter Trees Roll-Neck Knit from ByTeddy! As soon as I put it on my pup, it was clear how soft and comfortable the material is. The knit has a really nice stretch, so it fits snugly without being too tight, and my dog can move around easily.

The pattern is beautiful in person—subtle, wintery, and stylish without being over the top. The roll-neck is a great touch, giving it that cozy winter-sweater look. It also keeps my dog warm on chilly walks, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

What surprised me most is how well-made it feels. The stitching is solid, the fabric is thick but not heavy, and it hasn’t pilled or stretched out after multiple wears. Plus, it photographs adorably—I’ve gotten so many compliments!

If you’re looking for a high-quality winter jumper that’s both practical and incredibly cute, this one is definitely worth it. My dog seems to love wearing it, and honestly… I might need to collect more from this brand now.

Ordered the wrong colour, contacted the company and it was put right immediately. When the car bed arrived, Ted our 12 week old Cockapoo jumped in and fell asleep straight away. Ted now loves to go out in the car, any excuse to get in his Teddy seat!

Purchased a lovely water and treat bottle for my granddaughter and furry daughter. Really pleased with the quality.

I genuinely had some great advice when I bought the dog water bottle. I’d seen a great pistachio colour that was exclusive to John Lewis after having ordered the marshmallow byteddy. They offered to refund me so I could buy the one from John Lewis but did inform me that it was the older model. So I kept the marshmallow! It’s a great travel water bottle. I love it and so does my little lady

When I was looking for car seats I wanted something cosy for my dog, I have looked at others but they didn't look right (I have a fussy pooch) I ordered one last year my dog loves it she settles in and sleeps, I travel a lot around the UK as I'm a dog trainer and have four dogs so two go in their crate my westie goes in the car seat and I've just ourchased the brown one for my puppy who loves the teddy car seat. I haave also purchased the drink bottle which is fab room for water and treats or in my case two. By Teddy is worth the money its lovely stuff.

From big moves abroad to busy city days, By Teddy has honestly been with us through everything. We’ve reached a point where we don’t even think about leaving the house without it.

Lola loves it. She happily curls up inside for a break, and it’s been a lifesaver in places where she’s only allowed in if she’s in a bag. She’s comfortable, relaxed, and totally content in there.

It’s one of those things that just works in real life — practical, well made, and genuinely useful. 🐩💼❤️

I love By Teddy! I have a Giant Schnauzer pup who weighs 40kg atm and he loves wearing the clothing in a size Large, it fits with extra room also. The pieces are such amazing quality and just have an aspect to them that other dog brands don’t. I would recommend them to dog parents who have pups similar size to mine as the clothes are just gorgeous and timeless! Xx

I returned my order within the legal 14-day cancellation period. The parcel was delivered to me on 4 December and I posted the return on 16 December, which complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. The law is clear: the customer only needs to send the return within 14 days — not ensure it arrives at the warehouse within that time.
Despite this, By Teddy refused to refund my money and issued store credit instead, relying on their internal “policy” rather than UK consumer law. Delays caused by couriers or warehouse processing are not the customer’s responsibility.
When I challenged this and referenced the law, they stopped responding completely.
This experience raises serious concerns about how returns are handled and whether refunds are being intentionally avoided. I would urge the company to address this publicly and explain why UK consumer law is being ignored.
I would not recommend shopping here

I love the outfit I got for my dog and she is nice, cosy and warm in it. It’s easy to put on and super soft.
My only suggestion would be some more colours, maybe a baby pink!

The quality is excellent, you can tell the carrier has been thought with user in mind. Gorgeous design.
