By Teddy has become my go-to favourite. The items are so thoughtfully designed, with amazing attention to detail. Not only are the pieces absolutely stunning, I am blown away by the quality and durability.

My dog is a larger mixed breed, and we have really struggled to find items that fit her well. We opted for size L in the midnight puffer, matcha fleece, cable knits, and starry night roll neck. Everything fit perfect, and has kept her warm (and stylish), in the recent freezing weather.

From customer service to the quality of each item, every part of the By Teddy journey is executed to perfect - I can’t recommend enough!

We’ve used By Teddy a few times now and honestly love everything we’ve tried. The puffer coat and jumpers are next-level, amazing quality, super cosy, and clearly made with so much care.

Our goldendoodle wears a size Large and the fit is absolutely perfect (which isn’t always easy to find!). The puffer keeps her really warm on cold walks, and the jumpers are just as comfy while still looking gorgeous.

Every item we’ve ordered has exceeded expectations from the quality to the fit to the overall look. You can really tell By Teddy prioritises comfort and style. We’re huge fans and will 100% be back for more.

Unfortunately, the customer service is non-existent. Multiple emails were ignored with no response at all. I understand this is a small business, but that shouldn’t mean customers are left without any communication.

Bought as presents but they were unfortunately too small. Customer service was very defensive and completely inflexible regarding their time limit for returns and exchanges, which expired on Christmas Day. I’m left with two expensive items to now sell on eBay!

My dog absolutely loves his puffer car seat, a lot of the time he doesn’t want to get out of it. As soon as it goes in the car, he’s straight in, all cosy. The dog fleece is perfect for cold weather, still allows movement, has no zip to catch fur and washes so well like the car seat. They also offer items for parents, dog walking bags, carriers, unique bowl bottles and accessories which is brill! It makes me happy knowing that my dog loves By Teddy’s products as much as me, it’s by far our favourite brand with an amazing vision from David and Delphi (the best team, they put so much into this brand!) and attention to detail so I can’t wait to expand our capsule collection of By Teddy!!

I have truly found the perfect brand for my Australian Labradoodle with byteddy. From the very first purchase, the beautiful Winter Trees jumper, I was blown away by the exceptional quality and attention to detail. Arriving in premium packaging complete with a dust bag, instantly setting the tone for a luxury shopping experience. The jumper is stunning, feels luxurious, and washes beautifully.
Since then, I’ve purchased the Starry Nights jumper, rainproof chocolate and marshmallow bodysuits, the marshmallow puffer coat, and both the Large and XL chocolate boucle car seats. I found the size guide and product photos incredibly helpful. Every single piece has been consistently high quality and fits my dog perfectly (she’s a Medium across all styles). Not to mention they look absolutely beautiful and we receive compliments everywhere we go.

byteddy is truly a neutral lover’s dream…affordable luxury with a clean, elevated aesthetic that feels perfectly suited to a new generation of dog owners. The customer service has always been excellent, and one of my Black Friday orders even arrived within 24 hours, which was impressive!
The car seats deserve a special mention too…outstanding quality, premium brushed gold hardware, and incredibly stylish. I upgraded to the XL for longer trips as my dog loves to stretch out, and it’s not only practical but absolutely gorgeous. The chocolate shade is perfect and compliments my dog’s fur beautifully.

Ordered the chocolate quilted bodysuit and it’s an absolutely gorgeous coat! Lovely material which keeps my dog warm, dry, and cosy. Also it’s lightweight allowing him to move freely and stay comfortable at all times. The order arrived very promptly and in a dust bag for safe storage would definitely recommend!

As the owner of a 2.5kg dog, clothing and carriers are often cheap, costumey and don’t last the distance.

I was absolutely over the moon when I was introduced to By Teddy this summer. The clothes don’t just look high quality, they are! They’re incredibly durable (considering we wash those and the harnesses at least once a week).

We’ve ordered both directly from the website and via TikTok shop over the past few months and have had a positive shipping experience each time (2-3 days shipping). Size guides have also been accurate for each clothing item and I’m yet to return anything

ByTeddy is by far the best brand I have ever come across, from the quality of the products and the details thought of during the design process, to the customer service and how the owners are so understanding and helpful to chose which product would suit your dog and your lifestyle.
My dog Ronnie, a toy cockapoo just absolutely loves his Teddington Sofa, Cosy Car seat, and the new boucle blankets. Not to mention his new puffer jacket, cable knit jumpers and bowl bottles (we have every colour now).
There’s not been a single product that I have received where the quality hasn’t been anything other than outstanding.

Ordered two Marshmallow Car seats and two fleeces, both came much poorer quality than expected, with black stains across the gold buckles, minor dents, and loose stitching along the fleeces. Contacted customer service and they told me my products were fine and in fact not damaged. Do not recommend for the cost

The walking bowl bottle has been a total game changer on walks as it’s practical, stylish and so easy to use, keeping my dog and I hydrated without the need to carry extra bowls. I’ve also had so many compliments on my dog walking bag, which I now use as an everyday bag because it’s just that cute and the perfect size that fits lots in.

Beyond the products themselves, the whole experience with By Teddy feels personal and special, which makes me love supporting them even more. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough so if you’re looking for beautiful pup-leisure that lasts, this is the place to shop!

The products are absolutely exceptional quality. Our first purchase was the Large Cosy Car Seat and I’ve never seen my dog settle so quickly in the car. The car seats are extremely well made and my puppy is very secure when we are travelling. We loved it so much, we decided to get the Puffer Car Seat too. This is equally as perfect. For walks, we decided to buy the Bowl Bottle which acts as a water bottle, snack bowl and drinking bowl for your pup. This 3-in-1 comes everywhere with us. We have also purchased the harness and lead sets which are stunning. The matte gold hardware gives them a luxurious feel and the lack of mesh on the underside has prevented matting on my cockapoo. The carriers with the settle mats are also brilliant and such a thoughtful touch.

On top of this, delivery is quick and if you have any questions or need advice, David and Delphi are more than happy to help. I have found that they never try to push you to make a purchase. Nothing feels forced. You feel supported every step of the way.

Every single item has been crafted with so much thought and attention to detail. From the packaging to the final product, everything is so beautiful. You can really see and feel the difference compared to anything else on the market.

By Teddy is more than just a brand—it’s a lifestyle and a community created with heart, and that’s what makes it so special.
