Our dog Evie is super precious and we always ensure her bedding, clothing, and accessories are of the highest quality.
We trust By Teddy to deliver upon this time and time again. The quality of product is exceptional, there is no equal we feel and that is also encompassed by their design-led product.
Our home is also very particular and designed aesthetically and the By Teddy products are the only ones we have found that perfectly suit our soft furnishings.
Amazing product loved by us and our dog Evie. We will continue to support!

Love the products, hope for easier shipping
truly love every product we own so far – from the bag to the leash to the water bottle. Everything feels well thought out, high quality and just wow.
The only downside for us in Germany is the customs fees. Even for small items, they’re unfortunately quite high, which is such a shame because the products themselves are amazing.
I really hope you continue to grow so that this will one day be a thing of the past. You absolutely deserve it.

We’re so happy to hear you truly love everything you’ve ordered so far, from the bag to the leash to the Bowl Bottle. “Well thought out, high quality and just wow” is exactly what we hope every piece feels like when it arrives.
We completely understand your frustration around customs fees in Germany. As a small UK brand, international duties are unfortunately set by local authorities and are outside of our control, but we know that doesn’t make it any less frustrating. Expanding internationally in a way that removes those barriers is something we’re actively working towards as we grow.
Thank you for supporting us despite that hurdle. It really does mean the world, and we hope one day ordering from By Teddy feels just as seamless as it does beautiful.

The best clothes for dogs
By far, By Teddy makes the best clothes for dogs. I ordered two jumpsuits for my Chi and Pom and they’re gorgeous. They’re exquisitely made and wash perfectly, despite being cream in colour!
Highly recommend this lovely company, I’ve had many compliments on my dogs jumpsuits and I can’t wait to buy more items from By Teddy. :-)

Wonderful products
Wonderful products. I have purchased various harnesses and collars for my pug and she loves them all (despite one collar sadly being eaten by her Labradoodle brother 😆)

By Teddy is one of the few dog brands that I would actually wear myself as a human! I don’t make my dog wear anything I wouldn’t wear myself and if By Teddy made menswear I would buy it too!

Thank you Albie!! What a review! Maybe we should do human clothing to! It is a big part of our ethos that if we as humans wouldn't wear it, then we shouldn't make our dogs wear it! Quality is so important!
Beautiful products and great customer service
The products By Teddy have on offer are beautiful and the quality is lovely! It is so nice to finally find dog products which are aesthetic! I have contacted By Teddy on Instagram to ask for product advice and they provided really quick and very helpful responses. It is a very personable company with a real community feel - I have recommended to friends and family and will continue to!

What's Not To Love !!!
It was easy to order on the website and the jumpers arrived quickly. Hettie looks gorgeous in both and the sizing was spot on! Both beautifully soft, well made and unique in that not many dogs have them (currently!) in Canterbury. Hettie likes that, mummy too !!!

A luxury shopping experience for dogs
We saw the by Teddy brand on Instagram and fell in love with their products and asthetic it's so beautiful and feels like luxury dog products.
I saw their dog carrier/car seat and instantly fell in love and wanted to purchase I sent a few messages about sizing and shared details about my pup Frankie and recieved a prompt and detailed reply. I didn't purchase right away and was so glad I didn't as they released their car seat in the chocolate brown which is stunning. I pre ordered right away, communication was excellent they kept me updated and when the car seat arrived it exceeded my expectations! It's so comfy and cozy and I'm so glad Frankie is safe and secure when travelling.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality, beautiful items. Their range of items was a one-stop shop for our puppy. Customer service was excellent and extremely helpful. A really lovely British brand which I’ll be purchasing from again in the future.
