Incredible. The customer service was very quick in responding all my doubts. The shipment took a little bit of time but it went straight forward and I received the package in less than 10 weekdays!
Very surprised with the quality. It fits me perfectly. Just to let know, the sizes are quite small so check correctly before buying :)

So excited for my new snow boots - stylish, waterproof and comfortable

Very easy website to navigate and the whole process was seamless. Cant wait for the delivery my wife will be over the moon.

Cheap but good quality affordable options

Ignored my return request. Please respond. (You have to email them). Wouldn’t order again from them.

To their response below, I have done exactly this three times with no response.

Dear Wild Rose Customer Services,
I am writing to cancel my order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item is unused and unopened, in its original packaging.
Please confirm receipt of this cancellation and send me your returns instructions or a prepaid label. I will return the item within 14 days of this notice. Under the Regulations, I expect a full refund, including standard delivery charges, to my original payment method within 14 days of you receiving the item or of my proof of postage.
I have made earlier attempts to contact you about this without a response. If I do not hear back within 7 days, I will contact my card provider/PayPal to request a chargeback or dispute and will seek advice from Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.
Yours faithfully,

Amazing customer service and great products.

I wish I had taken more time to read the reviews rather than taken in by the website as I agree with many reviews. They advertise a 30 day returns which sounds simple but you have to pay posting and they add a 15% fee which is not so clear. Delivery takes a long time. The website photos look great but the product quality is really awful. Don’t be taken in by the website as none of it is as advertised from quality through to returns. In response to this review below you have sent an automatic reply. We have been in touch and you were not helpful at all

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered boots from this bogus company. They appear UK based but goods are shipped from China & returns are codtly. Tried to cancel but got offered 50% discount to post review, which they didn't honour. No eta and they've stopped communicating with me.

Best boots ever

Lovely items, ease of transaction and customer friendly.

Easy to order , very clear and easy to look at products and available items. Love my new order

What a lovely site to visit, gorgeous items of clothes and shoes, need more time to browse

The ordering was very easy with a lot of lovely choice. I had searched all over for a pair of blue low ankle boots and found them on this website.
I have been advised on delivery at each stage. So far excellent

Excellent service. Kept informed of the progress of my order . Looking forward to receiving and wearing the garment

Website easy to navigate & order processed & dispatched very quickly.

Ordering simple, with an easy payment method. Waiting for delivery of my order…😁

I’m not one for leaving reviews, especially negative as they can be severely damaging to small businesses, but buyer beware for this. It was a horrendous experience from beginning to end and I don’t understand all these amazing reviews. It was presented as a Uk company but was a ship drop from china. The material of all the clothes were made from cheap fancy dress costume material. When trying to return you have to pay to return to china plus a 15% restocking fee!! You have return using a tracked international service and it costs more than the clothes you bought. After weeks and weeks of back and forth I ended up accepting a 50% refund. I was gutted. I can send pictures of the item if anyone wants to see them.

I emailed the company about size guides and they got back to me very quickly and the clothes look beautiful cant wait to get mine!

Just made the mistake of ordering from this company, and have now discovered that it is a scam. I am going to try to cancel my order. Would advise others to avoid this company like the plague.

Update: they won't let me cancel the order.

Beware: this company are crooks.

Further update: the company has said they will "try to cancel" my order, and if successful will refund my my money MINUS AN 8% ADMIN CHARGE. I will update this review when I receive the money.

Beware.*

Update: I have now received a refund, minus an 8% "admin" fee. Lesson learned.
