I’m not one for leaving reviews, especially negative as they can be severely damaging to small businesses, but buyer beware for this. It was a horrendous experience from beginning to end and I don’t understand all these amazing reviews. It was presented as a Uk company but was a ship drop from china. The material of all the clothes were made from cheap fancy dress costume material. When trying to return you have to pay to return to china plus a 15% restocking fee!! You have return using a tracked international service and it costs more than the clothes you bought. After weeks and weeks of back and forth I ended up accepting a 50% refund. I was gutted. I can send pictures of the item if anyone wants to see them.

I emailed the company about size guides and they got back to me very quickly and the clothes look beautiful cant wait to get mine!

Just made the mistake of ordering from this company, and have now discovered that it is a scam. I am going to try to cancel my order. Would advise others to avoid this company like the plague.

Update: they won't let me cancel the order.

Beware: this company are crooks.

Further update: the company has said they will "try to cancel" my order, and if successful will refund my my money MINUS AN 8% ADMIN CHARGE. I will update this review when I receive the money.

Different kind of refund system but couldn't fault the speed and professionalism with which the company dealt with my issue.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
I ordered a dress- I then got an email asking for a review on here and in return would provide 50% back….after further conversation they admitted this could be misleading as it was store credit they would provide. When the dress arrived it was poor quality-similar to Shein but 5 times the price. I tried to arrange a return and they are now trying to charge an admin fee for the refund against my statutory rights. Whilst it’s in their t&c that legally doesn’t remove my right for a full refund within 14 days. Avoid at all costs.

The dresses look beautiful, I can’t wait to receive mine. Easy to follow and purchase but I did struggle to find the size guide but that is probably just me

It's so hard for me to find nice style shoes in my size, I'm a UK 9.5 and I was so happy to discover this shop! So many gorgeous styles to chose from and the ordering was simple and clear. I'm still waiting for my items to arrive as I only ordered yesterday but I'm very excited to receive my new boots!

Do not order from them. Very slow delivery. Allow at least 4 weeks. Whilst the item is fine it does not look like the image. No lining, average quality. Paid £50 but it should be £5. Returns are challenging - at best 20% refund, or the pain of returning and paying yourself only to receive store credit.

This website is a SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COST! After waiting 14 days for the goods to arrive, to my disappointment they do not reflect the website. I was not expecting Shein quality dresses and the return process is ridiculous even though they claim on their very professional website that its "hassle free returns". You have to pay the customs charges - navigate the sending the very poor quality dresses back to China which also incurs a hefty cost. This website very much presents itself as a British based company when it is clearly not. I have tried to communicate my frustrations to them only to be met with discount offers of 15% etc - one suggestion from them was I take the 15% discount and either sell the dresses or donate them!!! Trading standards must be informed of this company - which is exactly what I plan to do after writing this. Steer clear buyers - it is awful and very close to being unlawful.

Nice visual website which is easy to navigate.
The products are presented clearly with good descriptions.
Ordering was swift and straightforward.

Scam. Absolutely no nonsense scam site. Rubbish quality and no returns portal. Your money is lost if you buy from them.

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE SCAM – VERY MISLEADING RETURNS ARRANGEMENT

I ordered dresses from Wild Rose and was shocked by the quality when they arrived. The items were poorly made and did not correspond to the quality represented on the website.

What is particularly concerning is the discrepancy between the way the business presents itself online and the actual fulfilment/returns arrangement. The website presents Wild Rose as a Western fashion retailer and currently displays a London warehouse address, yet I was instructed to return my goods to:

I had to pay £74 to return the dresses to China.

I have now returned the goods by DHL and am seeking a full refund.

I have also discovered that the exact same Chinese return address and telephone number appear in complaints concerning other online retailers. That raises serious questions about the transparency of this business and its fulfilment operation.

I have reported the matter to my bank and provided them with the evidence because I believe the way the business is presented and the actual fulfilment/returns arrangement warrant investigation.

My advice to other UK buyers: **research the company very carefully before ordering and specifically check where returns actually have to be sent.** A website presenting itself as a Western fashion retailer does not necessarily mean your purchase is being fulfilled or returned within the UK, US or Europe.

I would not purchase from this company again.

Wonderful service.

Great selection of stuff on the website, including the unexpected Dirndl dresses (sadly we're not going to Oktoberfest this year) and some great boots and shoes.

Smooth checkout and great offers. I reckon we'll be back.
