Customer support that I received about my order was excellent. I neglected to enter my email when I ordered, so did not receive any email confirmation of my purchase, nor could I see any evidence of the order or its tracking online.

A call to customer service was responded to via email within hours, and the situation resolved. I really was impressed.

The product I ordered has not yet arrived, so I cannot speak to my satisfaction with that yet :) .

Although the chair was not a good fit for me, the customer service representative, Claire, was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire purchase and return. The chair was very well made.

I’m really happy with this chair and absolutely love it. The quality is great and it’s been really comfortable to use. I also wanted to give a special thank you to customer service :) my chair arrived with some missing pieces and they were incredibly helpful and made the process easy to resolve. They responded quickly and helped get everything sorted out. Overall I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend both the chair and the customer support! Thank you again! <3

I'm 4'11'' and I've been having back pains from all the big chairs, this chair is great fit for my body and for the first time, and much more stable compared to the children chairs.

Customer service was great! I order it to the wrong address and they were helpful and fast and fixing my error! Can't wait for the chair to arrive.

I've been using the S2 chair for a couple weeks now. The packaging was well protected from shipping. Love all the features that this chair offers. The adjustable head/neck rest is a rare find. Chair is well made/designed for petite women size. Lumbar support feels good, little tricky to get the cushion to stay at the right height. Don't pull up the cushion too fast it will reset and slide back down. Must feel the clicks slowly. Seat is comfortable. Foot rests need to be folded backwards (not forward and down) and down to close, I had trouble with this at first. The foot pedal at the base rotates away when your chair direction turns so it doesn't always stay in front of your body. Or you choose not to install the foot pedal. Perhaps in the future design team can make an option to lock the base so the foot pedal can stay put regardless of the chair's turning. The assembly instructions were big and clear, while operating instructions can use more improvement, IMO. Found a Youtube online which provided better demonstration. Overall, it's still an excellent chair and would recommend for others.

The chair arrived quickly and was carefully packaged. I occasionally deal with lower back strains, and sitting at a computer can really affect my recovery, so having proper support is important to me. This chair provides excellent lumbar support, and the adjustable armrests make it easy to position everything correctly so I’m not straining my shoulders or arms.
Overall, I really love this chair, it’s absolutely worth the money. I also appreciate that the price point is more accessible without sacrificing quality. I’ve used a Herman Miller chair in my office, and honestly, I find this one even more comfortable.

This chair was exactly what I was looking for. The arms of the chair land where I need them and all the adjustments help to get the perfect fit. I ordered and the chair shipped out the same day. Received it in 2 business days. The chair was easy to assemble and the instructions were blown up to a size that was easy to see and read. I would recommend this chair to any woman looking for a better fit that you can’t get with a standard chair.

very supportive chair for the edge of my bed. exactly what I was looking for.

1. Although this chair is ordered from a USA address, it is made in China.
2. It is not a company owned by a woman contrary to advertising.
3. I tried to contact Customer Service and no one ever answered my chat.
4. If you open the box, put it together and find it does not fit you :YOU ARE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE TO RETURN IT.
5. It does not support shoulders at all, this was important to me, so my reason for return.

On the positive side:

1. The instructions are much better than most.
2. It comes with an Allen wrench with a handle.
3.The padding on the chair is nice and soft.
4. The assembly was rather awkward. Having to take the attachment(neck rest and base) apart and then reassembling to fit the chair...but clear directions helped.

I LOVE this chair.

Assembly was so easy I put this chair together myself in under 40 minutes. It only required one tool which was included within the box. They also sent white gloves to protect your hands, which I appreciate because I have my nails done.

There were a couple pieces that were a little heavier than I was expecting, but I lived heavy weights so it worked out.

Once the chair was together, I started to mess with all of the different adjustments that you can make with this chair. You can adjust the height of the chair up or down. You can also adjust the seat position forward or backward the armrest left to right up down, the headrest up down, lumbar support up down, and also it folds in if you want to pinch it in at the sides. The absolute best feature in my opinion to this chair are the fold out legs that you can fold out to support your legs if you want to be in more of a reclined position there’s also a little bar on the bottom of the chair that is where you can perch your feet if you’re just sitting at your desk .

This ergonomics chair claimed to be made for a petite frame for women and I can say that I definitely felt that from working with this brand and now having this chair, I’m so excited to use it.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT! WELL DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED! I NOW REGULARLY USE IT ON MY STRAIGHT-BACKED DINING CHAIR. MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE.

What a comfortable desk chair! For years I have struggled to find a desk chair that is truly comfortable, and never considered looking for one designed specifically for a woman. The proportions are to my size (5'3") and the chair is easy to adjust . The assembly was a little bit of a struggle, but not a big deal. The illustrations need to be printed bigger - I could hardly see them. Thank you!

The chair looks and feels great. While I haven’t yet used it for a full workday, I’ve assembled it and spent some time sitting in it, and it’s very comfortable so far. The footrest is a bit stiff to adjust, but it’s a minor issue and not a deal breaker.

As a Canadian resident, I should note that the company does not currently ship to Canada. However, I was able to arrange a quick pickup just across the border, which worked out well for me.

Customer service was excellent—the representative I spoke with via chat was very helpful and even provided me with a discount. Overall, I would highly recommend this chair.

Claire was very helpful in making sure that the model I chose was the right one for me. In fact, the first guess WASN'T the perfect one, but she suggested a MOST fair solution for getting me into the better one.

I experienced some issues with the item and contacted the customer service. I needed to email multiple times, and Clair promptly responded to my question every time and worked with me to solve the issue. She was understanding and I received excellent customer service from her. Thank you so much!
