The chair honestly feels premium and well made. It fits my setup perfectly and has been really comfortable during long sessions. The adjustable headrest and lumbar support are both solid. Shipping was fast and the packaging looked clean.

The only thing I would suggest is making the armrests height adjustable. That small change would take it to the next level.
