Excellent customer service! I contacted customer service to cancel my order since the chair was cheaper on amazon and they price matched amazon so I didn't need to cancel. can't wait for my chair!

I am a petite woman (5'2) so office chairs that fit my size, and truly feel comfortable are nearly zero. Recently getting diagnosed with radiculopathy was truly an eye opener to just how badly I needed something with ergonomics that fit me. It took days of searching through big box stores and online sites as well as many returns till I found a single chair that fit me. Fitting me is an understatement as the chair fit me perfectly! From the extremely easy and quick instructions to the timely shipment, everything was perfect. My feet actually reach the floor now and the seat depth and width is actually short enough to accommodate me! The lumbar support feels like a hug and truly wraps around my feminine body and the headrest cradles my neck so wonderfully. Even the seat cushion was meticulously designed to fit my body and is shaped in a way where it forces you into an ergonomic position. With so many features, they still managed to sneak in a footrest, fully washable covers for the footrest and lumbar support, and even an adorable clothing and bag hanger on the back (I love that I can use it like handles when moving my chair too!). Everything about the chair is of high quality from the lightweight yet robust frame to the striking colors and modern design of the back. I tried to wobble parts to no avail. It felt so good day one after assembly, I refused to get up, seeing how it was the first time I have ever felt relaxed in a chair.

So much good in a chair yet it was only the beginning. I feel like calling it customer service is doing it a disservice. I'd rather call it customer love - and began from the beginning. From asking CabeVibe about what chair would fit me and getting comprehensive information that actually pertained to getting a coupon and extremely fast shipping. But it didn't end there. After posting a review on the site raving about the product, they sent me an email of true heartfelt emotions and love for it. And then they took it a step further by gifting me a product from their lineup as appreciation. After I replied, they continued their kindness. Radiating so much care for the customer with our ongoing messages, I honestly cannot create an emotion worthy of my thoughts on it - because it is truly unreal with just how kind and caring they are.

A true representation of CabeVibe: embodied through their products, and their company. One of their slogans is caring about how you work and feel, but this. This is so far beyond that, I will remember this forever in the same way that I will cherish this chair.

I love my chair!! It feels sturdy, well made, and great for me who is 5’2”. It also shipped and arrived the same week I bought it which is wild. For someone who constantly is changing how they sit, this is great!

I ordered this seat for my father who has pretty severe lower back pain, but after looking further into the details, I discovered this item wouldn’t be a good fit for him specifically. After reaching out to support over the issue and requesting a cancelation, they told me I could keep the seat for myself and they refunded me right away. That’s such wonderful, unexpected customer service. I work at a computer all day and have been using this seat for 30 minutes a day for the past week and can already tell a difference in my own posture and lower back discomfort. I have already recommended this seat to my coworkers, it’s a great product!

I love how many features my chair provides! I love the adjustable arm rests and foot rest. Working from home can get uncomfortable but this chair makes it so much better.

Ordering was easy, price is competitive, and delivery was quick. This was a gift for my daughter. While she hasn’t used it long enough for a thorough review, she feels optimistic about long term comfort of this chair.

My experience with the SpineSeat M2 was honestly great. I went from uncomfortably sitting at the dinner table with a lot of SI pain and hip pain along with even back pain. This product has changed that for me. I can finally eat pain free, i can finally prep cook pain free, or even visit with family pain free. I also love the ability to use it in our outside furniture making another spot finally accommodating to me and what my body needs and deserves. I find it very comfortable and at first it feels off because your body isnt used to that position/posture but after a few uses that will go away and you will be sitting comfortably for hours unlike before!

The CabBase C2 has been a game-changer for my studio setup. The design looks sleek and adds to the futuristic look of the space, while still being very comfortable for long recording or mixing sessions. I especially love the flip-up armrests — they make playing guitar so much easier compared to most desk chairs, which usually get in the way.

Everything came nicely packaged with all the tools needed for assembly, and it only took me about 30 minutes to put together. The adaptive lumbar support and 3D headrest really help with posture and reduce fatigue, and the breathable mesh keeps things cool.
