Efectivamente es una estafa... Mi experiecia ha sido la misma que la de los demás. Te mandan un correo diciendo que ha ocurrido una cosa que es muy poco común y que te evolverán el dinero, por supuesto eso no pasa y ya no puedo acceder a la pagina ni mandarles mensajes ni nada.

Scam!! I booked and paid for a taxi in Parga (Greece ) that never showed up, they emailed me apologising and that I would get a refund. No Refund!

Booked and paid online for taxi but was cancelled and told will get a refund but nothing received . It's been 3 weeks

if i could give zero stars i would
they cancelled my taxi at midnight.
I got an email from them where they said i will get a refund, unfortunately i haven't received my money back

lucky for me I struggle with anxiety so my head was getting the better of me…. paid on the 29/07 emailed for confirmation no response don’t travel until the 14th.. so yes I lost €54 but I won’t be waiting for a taxi that doesn’t show up.. website has now been removed.. so looks like a 2 week scam!!! Beware don’t pay anything up front…

i orderd a taxi and they received my payment but i didn’t receive my taxi!! its a scam. they send you an email with the info that they will send you the money back in 3-7 days. but its been 2 weeks now and no money. i feel disappointed and disgusted that people can treat eachother this way.
STAY away from this site!

I booked a cab for the Airport at 4am for 27€. After e few hours a received an email that my booking is canceled and i will get a full refund in 3-7 bussines days. 3weeks later still no answear to any of my e-mails. Definetly a scam. Now i'm trying to get my monkey back trough revolut directly. Hope it works.

SCAM!!! Wished I had read the reviews before booking with this company, was recently on holidays in Alicante and booked a taxi for my family and I, never showed up , took payment of €56 - after I emailed to ask for an explanation to what had happened I received a reply apologising and stating the money had been refunded and would be returned in 3 - 7 business days , two weeks later and still no refund and no reply to my emails.

Booked a car for tomorrow,realised now it's a scam! I'm going to investigate this company for fraud. Wondering did anyone ever get a taxi from them?

if I could put 0 I would: I booked a taxi for a pick up at 5:30 in the morning, I live in a remote area where regular taxi companies do not operate at early hours, so I booked through cabtaxy the day before. The taxi never arrived, never received a call, and I could not get another taxi at this time. As a result, I missed my flight and could not travel. They do not respond to mails, no phone number, it's definitely a scam. So upsetting I feel disgusted.

Scam! They cancelled my ride and don't give me my money back. No answers for mails, no phone contact nr.

Paid for service I didn't receive, now no communication from company at all, I believe its a scam and advise everyone to avoid at all costs!

Scam Company, takes the payment but taxi never shows up. It's right up there in the search results when youre looking for a taxi but its all a scam going on under the noses of the local authorities in Ireland. Company is registered as a French Company

Its a scam! We paid for the service, taxi never arrived and the money was charged in our card. Be careful, stay away from this website.

SCAM!
I payed 22 €. When I got the receipt it said that I would receive an e-mail and the driver would contact me.
I never received any e-mail nor was I contacted by a driver. A driver nave came so I had to pay for a taxi - this time I got to my destination.
I have written to the company but it’s like writing to a black hole. You never get an answer, not even a standard “thank you for your e-mail”.
Do NOT book anything with company. You are just throwing your money some hustlers way.
