Booked a taxi and the taxi never showed


Booked a taxi and the taxi never showed up. I emailed them and no reply as of yet. Took about €20 off me. Will be contacting my bank. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Thought it was a legit company and once the taxi never showed I did some research and realised that they are scamming people

They stole 40€

They stole 40€, did not provide service, then told me I will get a refund, refund never happened, then texted me on Whatsapp saying I will get my refund + 30€ for my troubles, never got any money.
Absolute criminals!
Filed a complaint with my bank, hope this will work, but can take 6 weeks.

This is a scam

This is a scam, booked taxi paid money and was cancelled within minutes saying the car was no longer available, no reply when contacted and refund never received!!

Scamming scum

I booked for a trip in Spain to take my daughter son in law and grandchildren to waterslide park.Was booked for 10.00 and no response when it didn't turn up.Then next day got msg saying the taxi booked was no longer available and I would receive full refund in 5 to 7 business days.Needless to say no refund. Hope they suffer misfortune for their vile scamming.Im 73 and this was a lot of money for me to.lose and was a treat for my grandsons 11th birthday.
