Shipping was fast, customer service kept me informed all the way, 1st order needed refund, they did it immediately. Ordered again and still kept me informed, Protos arrived to me in the USA in 10 days, worked perfect out of the box. I received my correctives lenses in 4 weeks, as they we made by a 3rd party, they arrived in perfect condition.

Caddx is the absolute cheapest chineese POS ever made. Their Radioshack quaility and aweful customer support team should be wiped off the face of the earth because nobody should have to jump through hoops to return products too small for adults. Their goggles are such a pieces of junk im glad Trump is gonna tarrif this crap so we have better options then buying this cheap pile of crap!!!

I recieved a faulty VTX and was asked by their customer service to open it up and repair it myself. When I said I couldnt I was never contacted again.

The support services are great.
the company is transparent about its operations and its products.
The company will handle any issues with its product within warranty to their fullest ability
