This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I ordered two items which took a very long time to arrive. They were finally delivered screwed up in tiny bags and bore no resemblance to the original photos. Quality was absolutely awful. I complained, they asked me to send photos which I did and they now say they will only offer 10% refund and they don't accept returns. I am going to pursue this matter and I have threatened to show all their correspondence online. They are not from London, goods are made in China. Absolutely shocking

Order Never Received
I placed an order in March. According to tracking it was delivered on 3/31/25. I never received it. I contacted them and all they keep telling me is the are disputing with logistics company. I asked for a refund since the dress didn't come and even if they offered to send again(which they have not) it would not come in time. I requested a refund 3 times. I'll probaly never see my money. Different print low quality one piece swimsuit
I have been their customer for years, but recently I made a purchase from their online warehouse sale and was extremely disappointed. They sent me a completely different color and print, a low-quality item at a relatively high price, and are refusing to issue a refund.

I ordered 3 items from an on line sale that Camilla had last August. The parcel never arrived at my home. After multiple emails to ask where my order was they agreed to send the items again. They never arrived. I asked for my money back but was told that they couldn't refund me because of the cost of postage they'd paid!!! All contact has ceased. Very very disappointed. Definitely won't buy a single thing from them again.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service from Camilla
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Camillaâs customer service. My partner, who lives in another country, bought me a birthday giftâa jacket in size M. Unfortunately, it was much too big, so we requested an exchange for a smaller size (S). Shockingly, they flat-out refused, citing that the 14-day exchange window had passed, despite fully knowing that we were dealing with an international situation.
Their lack of flexibility was astoundingâthis wasnât a request for a refund, just a simple size exchange. For a brand that positions itself as high-end, I expected far better.
My advice: only purchase from Camilla if youâre 100% certain about your size, because their customer service is non-existent. They wonât assist you at all, and they clearly donât care about customer satisfaction. I, for one, will never be buying from Camilla again.
Charles & Camilla need to look at themselves in the modern world!
Referring to Camilla, the Queen married to King Charles, hope she gets an early GP appointment to get better soon ! But, it makes my blood boil to see her having the unique title of the Queen !! Charles was 2 timer from the time he got engaged to Lady Diana saying âwhatever love meansâ Charles and Camilla are a damn disgrace to late Queen Elizabeth the 2!! If I could have put 0 stars , I would have. I purchased a kaftan dress from Camilla for a wedding in Marrakech. It took 10 days to receive package with DHL due to missing information from Camilla. I had to call DHL to fix the problem. I unfortunately received the dress after leaving on my trip. I called the company and let them know that I bought another kaftan dress from Camilla through Bergdorf Goodman. I needed an exchange so I do not end up with the same dress style. They refused to exchange the dress because of their return policy of 14 days. I got in contact with them 6 days past the 14 days return policy. I am disappointed by Camilla and their poor customer service. I will never buy Camilla products again.

Bought my wife a kaftan " on sale" from Armadale Store. It was 20% off even though the store was advertising up to 40% off, but the shop assistant could not tell me what items were actually 40% off. Looked on the David Jones website today to find the identical item $180 cheaper. Rang the store then said Sale Items can't be returned or refunded. Spoke to Head Office, then said the same.
Do not buy from Camilla their customer service is non existent and their signage in store is misleading and deceptive. Not happy!!!

Never buy a product from Camilla. I received my parcel just 4 days ago from the post office and booked the return immediately, but it has not gone through the system. I have to check with the post office. To get the item, they did not send it to my house.and the policy return is 2 weeks from the day Camilla posted the item; they are not allowing me to return. It is expensive, and the item does not fit , wasting a lot of money .
