Brilliant Service

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry to hear the delivery arrived later than expected and affected your holiday plans.

The item in question was a set of replacement poles shipped directly from the manufacturer in the Netherlands, and unfortunately this particular shipment experienced delays entering the UK. That said, you're right that we should have communicated the updated timeline more proactively so you could make alternative arrangements, and I apologise that we didn't do that.

I have reached out to you directly to offer a refund in recognition of the inconvenience caused by the delay.

In a time where customer service is often overlooked, the dedication, enthusiasm and efficiency by the whole team was a breath a fresh air. Let's not forget cheerful too.
It is clear that you value quality and customer satisfaction. I have no problem to highly recommend you to others.

Order placed and then no contact

Order placed and then no contact, it said 2-5 days and a week later still nothing. Eventually after phoning several times I got it a week later, but not even from them. I'm not sure if they have stock or just shop around once an order is placed.
Even then it was still missing parts!

I'm sorry to hear your experience did not meet expectations and would like to address the points you have raised.

On delivery, your order was placed on 21st April and delivered on 29th April. Our team called you on 22nd April, the day after your order was placed, and spoke to you again on 27th April to keep you updated.

Due to the size of the awning you ordered, we also upgraded to a specialist freight courier at no extra charge to ensure it arrived safely. This service runs once per week which accounted for the slight delay beyond our usual 2-5 working day timeframe.

Regarding the missing parts from the light kit - the aluminium T-profiles are a separate accessory and do not come included as standard. When we made you aware of this, you requested a refund for the light strip which we promptly issued and waived the need to return the item, letting you keep it free of charge.

We hope we have the opportunity to assist you again in the future, and if so, that you are more satisfied with the service.

1/3rd of the staff are helpful.

Phil was very helpful but when subsequently calling I spoke to a man with little knowledge and then a woman who was quite frankly rude. Neither of them arranged the requested return phone call.

Would recommend this company

Phil was very helpful. I provided our caravan details and he sent links to a variety of awnings with information & prices for each one and the size required. We wereable to pre order with a small deposit and the arrange delivery months later when the season started. Not pushy at all, just very helpful, competitive pricing & excellent support with answers to assembly questions after delivery

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service
I rang twice to check stock nobody replied
Ranng 3 times about times about the order eventually got an email saying the awning was out of stock replied to email asking for a call back again no reply. Eventually got the awning.
Definitely won't be back and won't recommend to anyone

I’m sorry to read this — I can see why it was frustrating, especially with you trying to get everything in place for Easter.

I’ve looked into it and we should have come back to you quicker after your calls. That’s on us.

We did try calling the number provided, but it was coming up as not in service, which made it difficult to reach you directly. That said, we should have followed up more clearly over email rather than relying on a call back.

I appreciate you checked stock before ordering and expected a clear answer.

I’m glad the awning arrived, but the experience beforehand should have been better.

Great Service

Competitive price.. quick delivery. Ordered on Monday, delivered the following day.. to N.I. All of the other “big” online camping gear retailers I checked either wouldn’t deliver OR they wanted to apply a ridiculous charge for delivery to a BT postcode. One as high as £13.. for a wee small box!! (awning roof liner.) They can GTF, Still UK folks.! 😊 Highly recommend Campernation. Thanks guys.

Brilliant awning and service


Phil was great advising at what would fit our vehicle , i had so many questions as I needed to be sure of what my needs were and he was just so helpful. Got the awning and annex up and fitted perfectly and so snug to vehicle . The delivery was only 2 days which was amazing

I recently bought a Dometic NRX 90V


I recently bought a Dometic NRX 90V Compressor Fridge, after a discrepancy in the delivery date this was swiftly sorted by Maxine, (thank you) the fridge was a replacement for a faulty dometic 3 way, the size was a near perfect fit a minor bit of trim adjustment, the fridge performed excellently on 12v, it has lots of space,the freezer was great for ice creams and making all important ice for the drinks, I have no issues giving the fridge and Maxine 5/5 top job.
