Helpful advice

Registration was done on time, inquiry was answered, no issues.

The company did not read my request properly. I paid for a 2 hr service. And did not get a proper report for a few days. They also did not respond to emails. A full day passed and I had to place a live call. They also did not read my response back to them which was detailed. Even though my query was for sole propriety, which I had also originally stated, they still took my $20.00 and did not comply with the 2 hr turn around. I had to reply a few times after we pivoted; for them to understand which name I needed the search for. I did not appreciate having to make a call in order to have the agent reply back a day later. I placed an order on March 4, 2026 and received the proper finished order on March 6,2026. They should have refunded. Unethical.

Update (March 22,2026): After posting my review, I received a response. However, after following instructions to call them for a refund, I got no response to my call. And no refund.

Update (March 24, 2026): I had to call in again this morning for the refund they offered above; as no one returned my call. The agent asked me to copy this review and send it to them with my order number. This just goes to confirmation of how my original order was dealt with. It is exhausting to have to do this.

Ashleigh called to confirm some information. It was friendly, efficient and professional
ALL of my dealings with NUANS have gone this way.
I've had a great experience, wouldn't change anything.

Timely and Clear Communication.

Thank you Shubie for the information and excellent turn around time.

Fantastic service by Abigail

Took $500 from me to do a name search when I didn't need one, and was simply trying to register a sole proprietorship with PEI. I was shocked, afterwards to find out that they appeared while searching PEI government website. Very frustrated. Feeling ripped off

The process was fast and convenient. Great service overall.

Shoukat from Nuans Canada was extremely helpful. All my questions and concerns were answered, he was willing to take the time to assist me with the application and the questions that I had. It was a great experience. Highly Recommended!

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Shoukat. From start to finish, the support was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable. Every step of the charity application process, which successfully resulted in registered charity status, was clearly explained, questions were addressed promptly, and guidance was provided with excellence and respect. This level of service made a complex process smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend Shoukat for outstanding commitment and professionalism.

Gagan was very prompt, efficient and helpful!

The services I received from the representative agents are excellent.

At first I was worried about being scammed but ended up being thrilled. I paid the $99 accelerated service fee and got it all done in 24 hrs. My agent helped me think through how to handle initial conflicts in the name search and was very responsive.

A very clean, simple process, Brianna, who handled my request and modifications to my corporation filings, even though I did not meet her personally Cleary was very efficient and effective one simple question for information. I failed to provide originally and boom it was done. Thank you very much, Brianna.

Brianna was prompt in her responses and provided helpful advice.
