The experience was new for me since I am a touchy/feely buyer. Your customer service made the process with little to no anxiety. They were able to provide additional pictures and video's of specific areas I requested to see, and my wishes were fulfilled. The decision making process became a easy one. The hand off went smooth as possible considering at the time of pickup there were several transactions occurring at the same time, never the less. My transaction went well and I was off with my new ride. My new ride was better than I expected, therefore I was very happy with my decision. Thanks again Canada Drives...

Do not trust them
Do not trust them. They simple can't be trusted. I had a car saved as favorite under my account of which the price was around $38k early November, 2022. Today, I received a price drop alert email, only to find out that the same car is now priced at ~$41k. What a joke, what a shame. I really trusted them, but now I do not. Have already asked them to delete my account with them too.

THE ONLY GOOD PART ABOUT CANADA DRIVES WAS THEIR DELIVERY DRIVER.
Dealing with Canada drives was the biggest headache I have ever had. Their joke of a manager tells you we want you to be happy and that the balls in your court.. Also, don't forget, we are about customer service. Let me remind you on all paperwork was filled out and a bank draft for $16,100.00 was placed in their hands. It still took 3 days to have the SUV. The best part is that the Manager kept telling me dates to drop off the vehicle and blaming someone else for why it's not there yet. He offered to give me a gas card for $200.00 that the driver will have when dropping off the SUV. (QUICK SUM UP)
This poor driver arrived to drop off the SUV and ask me where the bank draft was I never laughed out of anger before and explain to this gentleman they have already received it on Monday. As the driver made calls to finally confirmed the bank draft we proceed to have the SUV unloaded off the flat deck truck and trailer. I asked the driver for this gas card that The Manager promised he was giving me for all the time wasted. The driver had no clue what I was talking about and so no, I didn't receive it.
But, the vehicle arrived on time and I wanted to take the time for a special thank-you to Karran Mann for a great job unloading the SUV with care and having great patience in dealing with a company that gives people the runaround.
I love how they they will tell you anything to complete a sale…
This company is they worst customer service I have ever seen. Do yourself the headache and go to a dealership other then this joke of a company.

Straightforward Selling Process
Canada Drives has made my selling experience an enjoyable one. Their attention to detail has been top notch. John Dooling was incredibly professional, patient and kind throughout the purchasing process. He helped me to understand the paying off of the current bank loan, and made that process a seamless one. Karan Mann picked up my vehicle and was also very professional and thorough. I love that they could arrive right at my home to pick up my car. The whole process is incredibly straightforward. I would sell to Canada Drives again in the future and trust them with the car-selling experience! It can be a daunting experience to sell privately, and I can confidently say that Canada Drives takes the stress out of selling a vehicle.

Hassle-free and highly recommend! It took 5 days from the time I applied to having the car parked in my driveway by the delivery person - registered, plated, and with a full tank of gas! I only wish I could remember the drivers name to give him a shout out for his excellent customer service. Overall A+ for this company and its representatives!

I've got a warning for you with Canada Drives. They are terrible to deal with. Terrible customer service and the finance department is slack at best. I had to bug them to see status of application which is super weird when you're trying to spend money. I'm not a huge fan of slamming businesses but this is bad news bears. I'm so sad because I thought online car shopping would be fun. Nope. Not doing it. Stick to the local dealers.

Bought a car 2 weeks ago.
Bought a car 2 weeks ago.. Great car.. Love my car
However there was a few issues with 150 point inspection.. Set up a date with a garage of choice of Canada drives. 4 days after my appointment, now customer service is ignoring my emails... Not giving me any follow up details and or not giving me next step to fix issues...
I did not mess up on inspection
I just want my car fixed as promised to inspection

Update.. After 4 days of no response.. Finally get a response
Once issues are fixed in satisfactory conduct.. I will fix review... But for now I still have not heard from mechanic... We will see

This company is a real joke
They tried to fix problem with used parts.. And made issue worst then what it was... And now again they are avoiding my emails
It's been almost a month now... With no real answers
They messed up on 150 point inspection.. Canada drives should own up to mistake and fix properly

Worst company, they steal my $800 on return, eventhough the delivery fee was zero but still took the said amount. They even hide issues/problem of the vehicle.

Bad experience with Canada Drive
Had a very negative experience with Canada Drives. Received an offer for a vehicle which was satisfactory, decided to move forward with them. Because the vehicle was leased there were steps to complete before the transaction could be completed. The customer service rep advised what needed to be done. We obliged and completed the task which took a four to five weeks due to buying out the lease and getting the ownership changed over and saftied etc. Once this was done, we reached to the rep and who advised the final price. We awaited final instructions to complete the deal. We waited and waited for responses to our 10 to 15 emails but no response. We then called and called and left messages talking to many different people who promised to call back which they never did. I eventually got to speak with a live person after weeks of trying who took over the case from the original non responder. he advised they would review the case and get back to me. After texting and providing some additional information, they finally got back to me. The revised the offer and it was $10,000 less than the original. Their argument was that the market had changed since the initial agreement and the vehicle wasn't the worth the same even though it hadn't been driven in months. They also said the offer expired after seven days per their website. We were never advised the offer was going to expire even after the final offer given to us. Nowhere in the email was there a statement saying so. So, because of their lack of response and timeliness the vehicle sale did not go through. They would not honor the price quoted and said we were lucky to be getting an offer at all. It was overall a very poor and frustrating experience. I would recommend that you Tred carefully when thinking about them because of what happened to us. I won't use them again and don't recommend them to others.

The whole process was great
The whole process was great, easy and very professional. A very convenient way to sell my car without the hassle of it. The price they paid us was very fair. The drop off experience with Daman at the Airdrie location in Alberta was a breez. Very professional guy, welcoming and attentive. Thank you!
It was my first time selling my car through CanadaDrives, I would do it again and highly recommend the process and this company.

Bought out my Lease then sold the car to Canada Drives
Sold my car to them in October 2022. Super fast and clear communication via email with Mitchell Stokes to set it up, and then Paul Kim was the delivery and inspection driver who came to pick it up and that process was about 30 mins, he was super chill and efficient. Overall I didn't really have to do anything, they did all the work, didn't even have to wash the car beforehand or even leave my house, after they took delivery within a few hours the TD EFT hit my account in full.

Canada Drives Changed my offer to a low ball offer
Received an offer from Canada Drivers which was in the range of what I would accept for my Vehicle and I accepted it and then received a phone call and they requested more information on the vehicle and I provided all what was requested and then they adjusted the offer even lower to a low ball offer which the website states they wont do . Very poor service I turned down this offer.

Worse experience ever
Again, you are missing the point. And of course I ultimately decline the application. You tell me why should I trade a 2020 Sorento Black Line with 42000 kms for a 2017 Toyota with 70000 kms?? And evidently your network is sooooo poor. Someone from a dealership contacted me and I was approved for a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid and not just that, I also traded my son’s Kia Rio for a Fusion Hybrid and guess what, no income verification required. And you have the nerve to say I ultimately decided to decline the application. You just re-confirm that this company is a joke.
