Hi there,
We're really sorry for letting you down on this order. After looking into it, one of our alkalinity booster products was changed over to a new SKU, and that held up a number of orders, including yours. That was our problem, not yours, and you shouldn't have been left waiting because of it.
Thank you for your patience, and we apologise that our communication on this order wasn't the greatest. We hope to show you a much better experience next time.

Excellent Customer service, and good quality product.
Courier had a bit of an issue, Canadian Spa stepped in and arranged a fast re-delivery. The product is excellent, with a unique sloping profile so it doesn't trap rainwater. Also nearly £100 cheaper than the replacement lid offered by the hot tub manufacturer.
