We are sorry that we were unable to provide you with the SVC you booked. Accidents and breakdowns occasionally mean that we need to provide a substitute vehicle and this happened in your case. The substitute vehicle was the closest match to your booked vehicle. We see you were offered and accepted compensation as a result of this change and hope you did enjoy your RV vacation. Unit was clean and ready for me
Unit was clean and ready for me. The only downfall is that they have no parking on site to leave your vehicle, so you have rely on someone to take you there and pick you up. It is very expensive to have them deliver to you.

Staff was informative
Staff was informative, the RV is nice and clean. Charges for different items were clearly listed. The only thing that wasn't very clear was that the system would suppose the payer for the rental would also be the driver, which at last we needed the staff to help fix it during check-in. Overall is was a smooth experience.

This is our second time renting in…
This is our second time renting in Edmonton. Pickup and drop off days are really well organized. This means a lot when we fly in and fly out and the flight schedules are coordinated with pick up and drop off times. . The RV was new and everything ran perfectly

Great 2 week trip with Deluxe Van
Excellent service from the online booking to the pick-up and drop-off. Enjoyed my time with the deluxe camper van over my 2 week camping trip, no issues or complaints.

Canadream is a dream company
Hi, we found the whole experience from start to finish fantastic. Contacting Canadream from Ireland before we arrived with questions etc was great. Fast response every time. The RV was everything and more met our expectations no end. The only downside was the orange wifi we rented for 100 cad ran out same day. It would be great if you got a better deal for the customers. Thank you Canadream for a great service

When i went to book the unit
When i went to book the unit , they made it clear that i was getting a small RV which i wanted. But they still would not send me a picture of it . I got a truck camper instead. I made it very clear that i wanted the unit for 3 days , one girl says minimum 5 days some other girl says minimum7 days. I will never rent there again and i am putting it on face book that they are a rip off

Hi Mike. Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you weren't happy with your truck and camper. We see you booked our Saver 2 option which provides Guests with a small discount off the regular rate charged when a specific vehicle in this category is chosen. This option provides us with the ability to assign any vehicle in our Saver 2 category to a Guest at pickup. It would appear you were hoping to get our DVC unit which is also part of our Saver 2 category. Unfortunately, there were no DVC units available for the time frame you travelled and you were assigned another vehicle (TCA) in the same Saver 2 category. We have a minimum 7 night rental period during our Summer season. We are sorry that you appear to have misunderstood how our Saver 2 category works but you were in no way 'ripped off' by us. For reference, please refer to the information on our website about our Saver 2 category. We hope this clarifies things for you. Thank you for being our Guest.
A Great Holiday Experience
First time renting a motorhome. Trevor was a great help in helping us see the different floor plans in January and making our initial booking. When the day came for the pick-up, we were very impressed by the cleanliness. Jassleen walk us through the motorhome and sent us on our way. Leaving Edmonton we stayed the first night in Red Deer and found 3 deficiencies. We were able to stop in at the Calgary CanaDream location where everything was fixed plus we received extra service of clean tanks and change of towels. My wife and I were back on the road to the mountains within an hour! The service and friendliness of everyone from pick-up to return was superior. At Tunnel Mountain Village 2 it was fun to see all the CanaDream RV's. All in all this was a great holiday experience.
