Quick and easy. Unfortunately we forgot a waterbottle and our 2 travel pillows in the car somehow and though I tried to chase the car down I wasn't able to catch it.

On time, professional, and a great price. Will definitely use them again when I’m back in Mexico.

My pick up was horrible. Besides it not being anything like described in the original email: uniformed driver greeting me with a clearly identifiable sign with my name on it, I had to find a representative, then one who spoke English, then one who seemed to have a clue as to what's going on, and after 20+ minutes of these individuals talking among themselves and make phone calls, finally another person told me my car would be here in 10-15 minutes. About 20 minutes later the same man told me we needed to go to the other side of the airport, so I dragged my luggage (he didn't help) over there and after another round of discussion I was placed in a van. I then asked about the 6 waters and/or beers I was told would be in my car (I even followed up with Gerom S who verified they would be there) and was told they forgot them (one driver told my you never provide them, that offer is total BS). After sitting in the van for 5 minutes, I was told to leave the van and I was moved to a car that finally, after over 45 minutes, took me to my destination. I rate that as a HORRIBLE experience. I'm giving 2-stars on because the ride back was fine.

Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Once I found the company rep, I had to wait 20 more minutes to get additional instructions to walk around the airport where the employees were dropped off. When communicating with the company they constantly told me 5 more mins which resulted in total of 25 minutes. The return trip was good except upon arrival at the airport the driver asked for a tip before I had a chance to offer it. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

When I booked to Cancun, started to looking for transportation, read the online reviews and send email to quote, it’s quick got response, so I made decision to use their services, it was great 👍, only problem is airport pick up nobody hold sign to wait for us, we have to look for it, too many Taxi company & drivers, there is another services call standers/taxi, it confused us.

Meeting point was a bit confusing.
The eTransfer crew took their time to bring us to the car .busy on their cell phones.
Driver was friendly and brought us safely to our hotel.
Would use again.

We have used Etransfers for 4 years. This time the driver pulled over on the side of the highway and we were informed by a lady on the phone it would be an additional $35USD for our small dog that was sitting on our lap. We could have put her in our carrier but that didn’t matter to them. We will never use Etransfers or recommend Etransfers.

Booked and paid for a private car. Representative met me at the airport and told me car would be 20 minutes late. After 20 minutes, tried to talk me into a group shuttle with others to "save time". When I declined, he had to go to great lengths to get me transport - it was clear they had not ordered a car for me and were trying to increase profit by grouping folks together in a shuttle. Car finally showed up an hour after the scheduled time. After that transport was fine.

While going. Back to Cancun airport my Taxi broke down the transfer driver quickly arranged the backup.. etransfer is safe and reliable.

Easy to book. Communication was constant and clear on their end and very quick responses when I had to change my time due to flight delays.

Easy to follow directions and courteous staff

In general the service is good. We just waited when we arrived in the airport.

It was a weird ride. I dont think it was an Etransfers employee that gave the ride. It wasnt an official vehicle.

We used Etransfer for pickup and drop off between Cancun airport and hotel. In general, they have very good service. Only thing unexpected was when the driver drop off us to airport, he forgot to ask which airline and assume us to use Air Canada in Terminal 2 since we are from Canada. After we got to Terminal 2, we realize we had to take a taxi (costing $25) to Terminal 4. Luckily, he was still there after we got off for 10 mintues, so he took us to Terminal 4.
