Great driver, secure and value for money

Not sure what the point of setting up a time is if you're not ready? We arrived at 6:10Pm like I organized and we had to wait for over 30 minutes. Others in my group who set up transportation had the same problems. I will just get my own taxi next time.

Easy to book round trip transportation from the Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. It was a little challenging to find our driver at the airport, as they weren’t standing with a sign with our names on it as we were told they would be, but once we found them it was an easy trip down. They were on time picking us up from the resort on the way back to the airport and it was also an easy trip back. Would definitely use this company again for future travels!

Great service! The staff were extremely nice and welcoming! Will definitely be using them again with any future visits!

I wanted to book the 15 passenger van so was surprised when I ended up with 2 x 8 passenger vans. I suggest adding a comment with 15 passenger van that substitutions may take place based on availability

Professional and comfortable

En el primer traslado una hora de retraso, nos hicieron esperar con lluvia y con un bebé. El personal no sabía colocar la sillita de auto que se rento para el bebé. Considero que si rentan ese servicio lo mínimo es saber instalar. Adicional tuvimos problemas con el regreso ya que llegaron 3am cuando el vuelo sale por la tarde y su respuesta es no queremos dar el servicio porque ya tuvimos muchos problemas con usted. No te dan ningún reembolso. Cero recomendable ya que no son una empresa seria.

Driver was on time. He was nice and helpful. The vehicle looked a bit run down. We’ve used this service several times but this year I’ve noticed the vehicles used are looking deteriorated.

Instructions to arrive to the taxi ride pick-up Platform C after immigration and customs were good and accurate (upon reservation). Our ride to the Resort in the Hotel Zone was pleasant and uneventful. This company is good, and reliable.
