So glad I found this page. Come across it randomly while looking for prime grape. Was so happy when I saw they ship EU-wide. Very fast treatment of my order and fast shipment. Friendly support contact who answered all my questions. Will be ordering again for sure. 10/10

Have not received my order
Have not received my order. No tracking numbers sent but account says 'fulfilled'...not happy.
In response: I use Trustpilot like everyone else - either good or bad reviews. When I receive my product I may change my view.

I don’t have your name or anything to even fix the issue!
Email me and I will give you the tracking all pre orders were sent out Friday.
Or il happily refund if there is an issue!
I have also seen the other reviews you have left for other companies and it appears you make a habit of 1 star reviews and accusations of scams?

After a mix up on delivery, James went above and beyond to get my delivery sorted ..even hand deliveing to my door to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be ordering again

Prime Order
So I ordered a bottle of prime but when it came in the post it was slightly damaged. I wasn't really happy as it was for a gift. I emailed Candy Cave and explained my case. I received a return email response very quickly from James assuring me that when the bottle left the store it was in perfect condition and that it was possibly a delivery issue. That being said James didn't hesitate in offering a free replacement. The gift was for our daughters confirmation and we needed it by the weekend. James had it posted out and it arrived to my door the following morning. In the pack was the bottle of prime I originally ordered along with another flavoured bottle of prime and a variety of American candies. We were so grateful and to say that our daughter was blown away is an understatement. I couldn't reccomend these guys enough for their efficiency, customer service skills and thoughtfulness. Thanks James & everyone at CandyCave
