We get a 12 bottle delivery every 6 months at least. Usually a mix of years. We got 6 x 2003 plus 6 x 2022 delivered to our house in Dublin, Ireland. Absolutely superb yet again.And delivered within 5... もっず芋る

Livraison décalée

Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande pour laquelle je n'ai pas eu un suivi pertinent... En fait je n'ai pas reçu le lien pour l'acheminement ... J'apprends que le colis est en point relais au lieu d'une livraison à domicile. Le transporteur, qui n'est pas sous votre responsabilité, n'a pas été trÚs sérieux.

Bonjour Monsieur Pujo,
Nous venons d’en discuter ce matin - il y a exactement 1h
 je vous ai assuré que je ferai le nécessaire auprÚs de notre transporteur. Le livreur n’a pas pris la peine de sonner à votre domicile visiblement et a déposé le colis au point relais. J’en suis absolument désolée et ferai le nécessaire comme je vous le disais ce matin lors de nos échanges pourtant cordiaux. Je prends la peine de répondre à 8h du matin un 1er mai, et ce avec plaisir, j’ai déjà envoyé des mails au transporteur et je vois que vous donnez une étoile pour un critÚre sur lequel nous n’avons absolument aucun contrÃŽle. Vraiment je ne comprends pas cette démarche
 ce nest pas de la tromperie, nous demandons au transporteur un envoi à domicile, l’acteur final de la livraison a fait une erreur, c’est un employé de la société de transport, cela arrive c’est frustrant je comprends mais je pensais que nous étions en train d’en discuter ensemble ce matin entre nous ? Je ne comprends vraiment pas.

No flaws detected!

Safe and incredibly fast shipping, and most important: a wonderful wine. The booklet with a hand-written letter by the owners is surely a nice plus.
