Excellent cstomer service

Absolutely first class outfit. Bought my KEF K62 Subwoofer here to pair up with my KEF LS50 Wireless 2s. Went through the sale with a chap called Stuart, from whom I received the most supportive, well managed and informative service you could hope for. Clear communication, super responsive and really friendly. Delighted with the experience, from end to end, and couldn't recommend more highly. Now all that's left to do is play some music! :)

Canterbury HiFi, what a great bunch of guys, professional, kind and courteous, for more than 15 years now I have always used Canterbury HiFi, their advice and knowledge of products is beyond compare. Now here apart from what I have mention above is my favourite part of my dealings with them, In all my 15 years plus of shopping with them, they have never once let me down. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, please, give them a go, you won't be sorry.

I originally dealt with Stewart late last year when purchasing a pair of B stock Monitor Audio Silver 300 floorstandiny speakers. From sending through copious pictures of the speakers prior to dispatch,Stewart displayed excellent product knowledge and in terms of customer care, was first class. The gap between purchasing and lodging a review is due to my only just commissioning the speakers due to my working away. I also deal with Will who was also superb.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bought some new speakers from these guys and was out of their delivery area. I had multiple back and forth conversations about my current set up, the difference between my current speakers and the new ones, pairing the different brand with my amplifier and a whole host of other things before actually buying them. At no point did i feel pushed or rushed into a decision and the advice received was absolutely spot on when i did finally get the speakers home. Add to this that the team arranged for delivery outside of their normal operations and even (I suspect) footed half the bill in order to keep within my budget and you have an easy 5-star recommendation.
To summarise, the team actually put your listening pleasure first. So happy I went with them and will have no hesitation to recommend or buy from them again.

Incredible customer service. I was buying refurbished speakers (kef r7) and at the top of my budget and was also unable to audition the speakers so I was naturally fairly cautious. A member of the sales team reached out to me immediately to help me on the journey, pre-empting my thoughts about pairing with my amplifier and the difference in sound from my current speakers. The communication received really was above and beyond, filled with really honest and insightful thoughts that left me feeling valued and in full possession of all the information I needed. What's more, despite being outside of their delivery radius, the team arranged private delivery and made sure that they kept inside my budget. It honestly made me feel that my enjoyment of the kit was more important to them than making a sale, I mean, I got a bargain anyway and then they went an extra mile or two to make sure that it was perfect. So hyped about these guys and really couldn't recommend them more. Awesome team who really knows their stuff and really care about it.

Audiolab Product available at a discount as Grade B (small scratch on front) Great customer services in reviewing the cosmetic issue via pictures sent by the Canterbury Hi-Fi team. Quick and easy transaction to purchase the item and received in original packaging via courier in the a couple of days so overall interaction, service and satisfaction very high. Would buy from again with no qualms

Really helpful staff both at point of sale and after sales service. Always friendly and proactive. Very thorough with setting everything up and explained everything well. Good old fashioned customer service which is very rare these days!

Excellent experience, bought LS50 Metas and WiiM Streaming AMP. Wil was extremely helpful had LS50 setup in demo room ready for appointment and we exchanged Speakers and Amps, also covered pro’s / cons of active vs passive. Most importantly wifey was involved and could hear the differences and decide of “cosmetics” and we stayed in budget. Am extremely happy after a few weeks, highly recommend them.

Bougth a Dali E9-F sub (grade B) and it was a bargain - I could not even find the cosmetic fault on it. Service was excellent and very fast, and so was the delivery. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend Canterbury HiFI to anyone.

I needed a new tv and visited the Canterbury store, I have previously bought from the store a whole range of electronic goods. This time the staff were excellent in showing me a range of tv’s at various prices. In the end I decided on a LG OLED model. It was comparably priced to major companies BUT the personal unbiased advice from the team made my choice easy.

I opted for Canterbury HIFI to do the installation at my home. The personal support was brilliant and a superb installation was done. The staff member was very careful to set up my new TV exactly as I like it. He took time to explain everything about the new TV with no constraint on the time taken to make sure I had a smart TV set up exactly to my personal likes.

A 10/10 score from start to finish.
