Great experience arrived with no issue working fine

the one and only

I ordered the DMA Captain 35T and overall my experience was good. The product itself worked perfectly as expected, performance was solid and everything functioned well once I had it set up.

The only issue I had was related to shipping and customs, not the product or the company directly. In some countries, like Mexico, if import taxes are not paid upfront, customs will open the package. In my case, customs opened it and when they put everything back, the DMA board was left outside of its box, placed loosely inside the bag. This could potentially cause damage to the board, although fortunately mine arrived without any issues and worked fine.

Because of this customs process, I also had to wait an additional 3 days, go personally to the FedEx warehouse, pay the import taxes there, and wait around 30–40 minutes for them to locate and deliver my package, since the warehouse is very large.

Big platforms like Shein or Temu charge import taxes in advance, which avoids packages being opened, damaged, delayed, or having to be picked up manually. I understand this is not Captain DMA’s fault, but it would be great if they could adapt to the customs and tax systems of many countries, especially for Chinese products shipped worldwide.

Aside from the shipping situation, I’m happy with the product and would still recommend DMA Captain based on quality and functionality.

Warning do not purchase there Ai 4k fuser!!! The fuser does not work correctly. The fuser needs a firmware update which they have not produced. Will never buy from these people ever again!! I feel like I have been scammed haven't received really any support on this issue. You say every product requires updates and etc right. According to the discord these same issues have been going on for months!! There's users in tht chat with these same issues being promised a firmware update which they have not received as of this day of writing this. And to the people tht read this you want be able to see any of this in there discord until you purchase then youll be granted access to the chat and see all the issues people are having with this fuser. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Package made it from China to Texas in 4 days. Amazing speed and amazing build quality

I ordered a 75t DMA card only to find out that it has been shipped to the wrong address specifically EAU CLAIRE, WI US. Which I find very weird as it is not a physical address, I also called UPS New Zealand to confirm and help me and they said that the person who created the parcel put the label as USA. They are now working on resolving this issue, responded within 30 minutes of an email thank you captaindma it is much appreciated. Again will keep you updated

this is an example of how things work, the delivery was very fast regardless of the holiday which was almost 10 days, yet everything arrived before the stated date, as far as devices and community and simple settings are concerned, clap clap people

Awesome service easy to use

PayPal refunded my purchase a couple days times but that was probably a security issue from my bank or something. Other than that everything went good. I hope finding firmware will be as easy as the purchase went.
