Customer service give standard reply yo look into it . But if you don't reach out again after a week you get no answer. Just saying a standard reply the are looking into it

Nice cover, sad you cant feel the carbon
Nice cover, lightweight and magsafe works for my use with a strong car phone holder - Im a bit sad that you cant feel the carbon itself, but it has a some kind of surface treatment.
Packaging was real nice, with "carbon" where you can feel the texture.

Useless product. Useless customer service.
The MagSafe case that costs best part of £40 is useless it barely sticks to the charger & it doesn’t charge. Their customer service is just as useless.

They don’t respond to customer support email, Phone number or instagram account says it’s a Texas based company but ships from china and processes their orders in the middle of the night. Probably dropshippers just in for a quick buck

Amazing product and fast shipping
The phone case arrived last night with a free screen protector and rubbing alcohol to clean my screen before applying it the MagSafe magnets are also super strong and tight and it also just a beautiful phone case would recommend!
