Paul always helps our company with superior customer service
I have a gentleman at the company, only know by first name. He is Paul, helped with our issues a number of times. He is there and I am so happy if on the rare occasion we have an issue with our card machine, he picks up the phone. He is thorough, super helpful, never leaves a stone unturned, always goes the extra mile. He is the most important reason, we are staying with the company. I can not speak highly enough of him. I hope my praise is identified and the review is passed to his superiors, Paul is doing an excellent work, representing Card Saver and if he picks up the phone, I know we will get all issues resolved when we speak.
