Why I don't receive my card

User friendly and very convenient

I’ve used CardDelivery several times to purchase US iTunes cards, and the experience has always been smooth and trustworthy. The delivery is quick, codes are emailed within minutes, and the process is clear and secure. I especially appreciate the wide range of international options and competitive prices. It's a great solution when you need a card that isn't available in your local store. Highly recommended!

I placed an order that was explicitly marked as “on hold until verification.” I refused to submit personal documents and immediately canceled in writing — yet they charged me anyway after confirming receipt of my cancellation. Zero refund, no accountability. This is misleading, possibly illegal under EU consumer law. We are preparing formal complaints in Germany. Use this company at your own risk.

And CardDelivery keeps lying even in their response, since the card has not been redeemed as of today. Don't but from them.

I bought a card and they took the money but never delivered. This is obviously a scam. Don't buy from them.
They also erase negative comments.

These guys are very tight on their verification. It may seem like a pain at first but you will be thankful for it later when you are not piggybacked by a bunch of developer sites, very good to work with

I tried to order a Steam gift card for my son. I was on the Bestbuy website because I didn't want to deal with any shady websites. I thought I was ordering from them but apparently this company is linked to them. They sent me a text to verify I ordered, I sent a reply. That wasn't good enough. They wanted a picture of me, my license and order number. I have never been asked that before. Something isn't right with this. Hopefully they give me my money back, and I will never use this insane service again. Asking for a freaking picture, really? I paid you for a card, you send card, how could I scam you?

If the was a low option they would have received a -1. I purchased a card, went to use to find out it had already been redeemed!!! Reported this issue the customer service was awful. The impression I got they thought I was trying to scam them! They've not even bothered to respond to my last email. Steer clear!!

I registered a card. My card was charged and I was sent a notice that the payment won't come through until I have "verified" my government-issued id. Generally you don't need to"verify", but I'm not gonna dwell on that. So after I did this "verification", my card was charged once more, which is fortunate cause the balance wasn't enough. It is weird since usually you get charged once per payment. My order is #287-700-838 by the way. Oh and 8 hours later the card hasn’t been sent to my email. Strange cause they have 24/7 customer support but can’t do such a simple thing in the ample time provided.

The reply claimed I have requested a refund which I have not. I have never sent an email nor making a phone call requesting one, knowing it could complicate the issue.
The reply also has not addressed the charging twice issue, making the “temporary payment authorization” as its defense which does not correlate to the issue at all.
Actually, I skimmed through their responses to 1 star reviews on this website and it turns out that all responses are the same. If the reviewer has not provide their order number, they'd claim that the person have not sent one. If the person has, their response would be that the person has requested a refund and that they can't process the payment. If they do read this again, I hope to get a human response.

They removed my review. It’s been a week and I still didn’t get my refund though they said it would take 72hrs.

They are nice and good company but I need to see my Apple Card code
