Why are you not providing the razer gold card that was ordered

They’ve had my money for a gift card for over a week. They STILL have not sent the card. I’ve jumped through all the verification hoops. I’ve contacted them. Every time, they respond with another canned response and another link for verification WHICH I’VE ALREADY COMPLETED. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I will never use them again.

Purchased a £100 Vudu gift card but when card was received there were no funds on it. Have contacted the company multiple times but no response. Not sure if this is a scam, but at this point I would not purchase from these people as if there are problems you will not receive any help. Phone line is a lie, it’s a just a recorded message. UPDATE: They refuse to pay because they say that I am not based in the USA. This is the point of the service, isn't it? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, YOU MAY LOSE YOUR MONEY

Scam website stealing credit card information

This is the 2nd time that I used card delivery and won’t recommend them to anyone. I bought a card today to give to a relative. They tried to use it and it had already been used. Shortly after, someone tried to scam me using the same card that I had used. My account has never worked correctly, I’m told it exists when I try to create one. I try to change the password and I am told it doesn’t exist. Coincidence, you decide
