Shady. They keep gift card numbers behind a wall which is presented AFTER the purchase of a gift card. Either give them more personal information (emails, verify phone numbers, state IDs) or you will not recieve your already purchased card, or be forced to call their customer service, which is not available most of the time.

Im used to buy giftcards on line the best way avaiable. It's an easy and fast operation , Anyone can do it and receive It's virtual giftcard by e-mail. Devery ia fast. My experience have been an excelent way.

I have never really loved purchasing gift cards online since most are available at most stores. However that changed when I had purchased a card and before my nefew could redeem it someone hacked the card and stole the $100 gift.
The grocery store manager was sympathetic and apologized but refused to look into the matter and told me I had to contact the company. After going back and forth for about 3 weeks & still no more closer to getting anything resolved. I gave up trying to get the Kroger grocery store and ITunes company to help me get the giftcard replaced or at the very least given store credit.
This app does it all, don't waste your time with the grocery stores!

Tried to buy razer card. Chose credit card for pymt. Put info into payment area. After completion got notification pymt. failed. Tried again. Also failed. Site took me to pay pal. Didn’t want to use that . Cancelled the whole transaction. Ten minutes later got call from credit card company saying that they tried to charge me for 2 razer cards. The credit card company declined it and asked me if I wanted to accept purchase. Said no so it was declined and the card was locked. This site is a complete scam.. try to change your, use you credit cards info to try and steal money.

They are fast reliable and fast delivery. Their security is 100 percent and they deliver as they claimed.

This company is a joke, if you have a problem, they never get back to you and have also had the problem of cards already used and they would not do anything about it and they had been paid. Do not use this site!!

Purchased a card for US$25. It never showed up, so I contacted support. They gave me a code for a US$10 card that had expired. When I asked for another, they said "contact Apple support". Have opened a dispute with PayPal - do not use this company, it's a scam!

Absolutely terrible experience. They ignored my refund request because I am not providing them with my biometric data which is never required for any purchase I have ever made in my life. It’s ridiculous. And they don’t answer my emails or request for a refund and they have not issued me my card.

U just bought a gift card but the code doesn’t work, it says the card has been recognized but i did pay for it and there saying the site is a scam but it isn’t the card really didn’t work

This company can improve their professional etiquette and customer care skills. No active listening or directly addressing the problem. I placed two orders with this company as late Xmas gifts for my nephews. As a first time customer, I inquired about the delay and why I needed to verify what I paid for without hesitation. I felt like I was submitting a mug shot with my ID attached to my neck and product info on separate paper. I contacted customer support and my order was abruptly cancelled due to “my sensibilities over verification.” As a Quality assurance Assessor by occupation, I’m perplexed at such shoddy treatment and wonder what the purpose is. Certainly not MAKING money…Jessica (the rep) canceled orders and gives $ AWAY!!! I ordered again and am still waiting order# 126-210-446 to speak with Supervisors regarding this lack of adherence to company standards . I have screenshots of the emails so that proof is UPFRONT and apparent just as the intense process for receiving purchased products was. Matching that energy as F. Cheavers.

I'm from New Zealand and bought a Hulu gift card because Hulu no longer lets me use my (non US) PayPal account. The code was delivered almost immediately and I had no issues what-so-ever redeeming it. I've used these guys before for US iTunes cards and highly recommend them. I'll be using them again for sure!
