This was my first time using a website like this so I was a bit skeptical. I first bought a low-value gift card to test it out and the code arrived immediately to my email so I was able to use it straightaway. I then bought a higher value gift card and it was the same. You sold 3 gift cards with us, 2 were paid the very next day, and the other card was paid 14 days after it had sold, to which you agreed would be acceptable when you sold your gift card, (the whole process took 15 days). Checking your original confirmation email you agreed to our quote of £41, we never told you the payment would be £43.
