I ordered trousers and Teeshirts by telephone on 5th November. By November 29th they hadn’t arrived. A telephone conversation assured me they had been dispatched the day before. Today, 8th December, still no delivery. I am very disappointed.
I now have my trousers. I phoned in my order and paid. Unfortunately the parcel was addressed to my son, Gary Crutchley. He lives near us in a terraced house on a main road. There is no ‘safe place’ so he has his many packages delivered to my address. Anything with his name on is taken to his house. He has been working away recently and only opened his packages this weekend.
One Royal Mail parcel proved to be my order from Care Clothing!

I appreciated the call from Bryan to check and confirm which trousers I wanted as my original order was unclear.

There was a few mix ups with delivery at the store. Email contact didn't work. But after a few calls and an attentive response all went well. The trousers were beautiful fabric and fitted really well. I was advised that the trousers were not elasticated and ordered z slightly bigger size. Very pleased

Straight forward to order and quick delivery.

Trousers with velcro fastening were a big help to my Dad for a couple of months before he passed away.

Very promptly delivered with special velcro fly. Helpful staff when I realised I had not phoned first to request this. Great for my elderly father.

First time ordering from them. Items didn't arrive by the expected date so I gave them a call. This was due to stock problems. I finally collected them this week. Instead of size Medium, they gave sent me two Large. Tried calling but either no reply or I diverts to a mobile. I gave left a message and emailed them asking them to get in touch but 2 days later have not received a reply. Needless to say, not too impressed.

Still waiting for pair of thermal navy trousers 15 days

This company is not to be trusted. Ordered 2 pairs of trousers for my elderly Dad and paid for postage and cross border bank fees. Company did not do an electronic customs declaration (standard procedure) and my package has since been returned by Irish customs to them.
I have contacted the company on numerous occasions asking them to help rectify this and they have not responded. Absolutely, no response. I would advise potential customers to stay well clear of them.

Unfortunately for me these diabetes care socks don’t match the hype
By the end of the day I had socktop grip marks and very hot feet Disappointing

This is really horrendous experience to deal with this company.

The order took 4 weeks to come. On top of that l was required to pay Royal Mail £7 in addition to the postage already paid to Care Clothing. I’ve had no response to my phone call to complain about the matter. Disappointing. I don’t intend to use this company again.

I am very happy with the trousers, excellent quality.

Absolutely perfect service as always. The clothes stand up very well to care home treatment. Being able to get clothes that fit perfectly, for a non standard size gentleman, was an added bonus.
