Good quality trousers. Having the option of button or Velcro fastening was really good which made it easier for my dad to use. Great service overall.

When the order hadn’t arrived the man at care clothing went above and beyond to help.

The quality of the clothing has been great and the care and service provided has been fantastic. Especially appreciated the pro active call to discuss options when struggling to meet the original requirements

Would not recommend buying from this company. Very disappointed with service and quality. The delivery was very late. They did not dispatch for nearly a week. We bought them for a cruise and they didn't arrive in time. I called Care Clothing, you can't leave a message as the mailbox is full so you have to hope a man called Brian calls you back. He did the first time and told me the date they posted them. The second time he didn't. A black and navy pair of the same trousers were bought. The navy pair are an inch smaller round the waist and are too small and uncomfortable with lots of chalk lines and measurements on the inside. It states they fit upto size 40 which is false advertising. Very unprofessional company to deal with. Would not recommend

Prompt delivery in the timeframe stated. Good quality garments. This is the second set bought for an elderly relative, first set purchase 2021. The nighties stand up to the care home laundry really well.

Great Firm and easy to do business with. There are a wide selection of goods. The site is easy to access and payment made very secure. This purchase lacked one pair of elasticated trousers but there was a note at the bottam of the delivery note explaining this.. A nice touch Brian and very much appreciated. I recommend Care Clothing and will look to them for any future n.eeds

Wonderful, personal service.
Ordered 2 types of trouser styles for my 94 year old father who is no longer able to go shopping.
It seems I had ordered one pair which would have been too fitted so I received a telephone call to discuss and explain my order as Care Clothing wanted to ensure I was aware of my choices.
As a result, with their expert guidance, I changed the order to two looser fitting pairs, perfect for my dear old Dad.
What fabulous care and customer service - you certainly wouldn’t get that from Amazon.

They recognised that I'd probably ordered incorrect trousers for my husband. Rang me and we sorted out a correct pair thus avoiding the need to send them back. Great service.

Useful trousers to help my dad to avoid accidents. He has difficulty with zips so the velcro fasteners are a real help. They look fine and he has three pairs in different colours and wears them regularly.

Beware. I ordered 2 pairs of trousers last October 2024 but they were not at all what I had expected from the website details so I immediately returned them asking for a refund. I obtained proof of posting from Royal Mail & confirmation of delivery back to Care Clothing. I then forgot about it expecting a refund to be credited back to my credit card. I realised weeks later that had not happened so I emailed them the full details but had no response. I then rang them & spoke to allegedly the owner, politely explaining the situation. I followed up with 2 more emails but got no response at all. I tried a credit card reclaim but had left it too late so I'm over £60 out of pocket. Beware this company.
