Other than initial order email two weeks ago, there has been no communication. 2 emails and a messenger message have gone unanswered. Money has been taken out of my account but nothing from this company. I will be requesting a refund through my financial institution

The request for a review arrived before the trousers! I paid extra for 24 hour postage. Ordered on 6th June, marked as dispatched on 10th. Arrived on 13th. Trousers seem ok and true to waist measurement but length is not accurate - ordered very short 27” and they are measuring 29” and need shortening at additional cost. Time will tell if they are worth the £52+ they will have cost.

The personal touch they always give you as a customer.

The trousers came quickly and look good. Maybe slightly looser than I expected but in my eighties, my weight alters now and then.

Well made trousers and the Velcro fastening makes life easier for my husband who has Parkinson’s.

Excellent service and product. A great company to deal with. Finally trousers with elasticated waist and straight legs - essential for elderly chaps with oedema. No where else makes such a product.

You really need to sort out your delivery policy.Its supposed to be Royal Mail 48 hour tracking, no tracking number supplied ,ordered on the the 19th of May and arrived today the 26 May .This was the second time I have had the same problem.
