Used Carfound for the first time and found them very impressive in sourcing the car in a competitive market. Mr Faisal was easy to deal with, which made the transaction smooth and pleasant.

Start to finish couldn’t have been easier. Finding the contact at the dealership and building that professional relationship shows how professional Faisal is. Being able to then match clients to the deals on offer at the dealership is another skill.

What I really liked about the process was the quick and efficient way in which it was completed with minimal hassle, but the manner in which all my questions were answered. I enjoyed the transparency of the process, all options and choices explained to me and a breakdown of the figures given to me to explain how it all works.

The only problem for Faisal at CarFound is going to be finding me an equally good or better deal in the next few months at Mercedes - but I’m confident he’ll pull it out the bag again!

As a working teacher, Faisal was able to obtain additional discounts for key workers with my BMW M440i grand coupe all to an extremely high specification whilst staying within my preferred budgets.
I will definitely be back in two years with Faisal to get my dream car as there is nobody else I would trust with this!
