Sou cliente há muitos anos da marca. A minha última encomenda, feita dia 15/01, foi perdida pela empresa de distribuição UPS, e a marca em vez de me enviar os produtos novamente, devolveu o dinheiro.... もっず芋る

Worst Customer Experience EVER

Worst Customer Experience EVER! Surley my last time buying directly from the webstore. I own more than 30 apparel pieces of CARHARTT WIP, ranging from watch hats to sweaters to jackets and so on. I always washed them accordingly to the label and NEVER EVER had an issue. This time I did the same! Yet a pair of pants dyed out after the FIRST WASH! Yet, even though I mentioned to have fully washed the pants according to the label, THEY "ASSUME" anyway that I did the washing wrong. So basically they said that I am a LIAR. Therefore they deny me the LEGAL WARRANTY BASED ON AN ASSUMPTION!, and without sending me any proof or protocol of the "apparent" testing they did on other pairs of the same pants. Will do a formal complaint to the competent european authorities! Would've given 0 stars if possible.

Brilliant. I had a few questions about the fabrics so sent in a contact form. I received a quick response from Maryel which thoroughly answered my questions. I then made a purchase. Great service.
