Only received my item out of pure luck and determination. The item its self is as promised but to get it was a mission and the complete lack of care and customer service from them was no help at all. My item was delivered to another house which they were not interested in at all. I did manage to find the house from the picture of the front door which was a 20 minute drive from mine and did get my item but like I say pure luck and determination. Will not risk buying again

Shipping took ages. Once shipped, UPS was absolutely horrible. It was incredibly slow, no delivery was attempted (me and my neighbors have been in all day and nobody has shown up) and now it says the item is being taken to a local collection point. Very disappointing and expected so much better from Carhartt… paid over 6 pounds for this absolutely incompetent delivery service.

I am a loyal carhartt customer and have spent thousands of pounds with this brand

I contacted carhartt WIP via the online contact form to report an item I purchased in Manchester on 2nd December is faulty. I was sent a reply saying to return it via the portal but this required an order number and it was an instore purchase. I queried this with ‘Maya’ and was told they are unable to help me and I need to call the Manchester store directly. I am partially deaf and so emailed back to ask for a contact email but this was ignored.

I eventually found the Manchester email address myself online and also an email that apparently dealt with faulty items so I copied them in. I sent photos of the faulty items and the receipt.

I have now just received an email back from the second email address advising me to contact the online email address which I have already been told won’t help?!? I have had no reply from the Manchester store at all as yet.

I am going around in circles. I just want to return the item for a refund. I live a 150 mile round trip from my nearest store so I’ve asked for a return label but nobody will help me.

Under the consumer rights act 2015 I would like to return this faulty item and I don’t understand what the difficulty is.

I am a longstanding customer of carhartt WIP and I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of assistance thus far. The accessibility options are very poor and the customer service is non existent. There is evidently a significant training need for your staff.

Uodating to say that I went back to Maya at the online customer service address as I was told to and she re-iterated that she couldn’t help me.

Fortunately the store manager at the Manchester branch answered my email and couldn’t have been more helpful. He/she was a pleasure to deal with and an absolutely prime example of how to provide customer service. They could do to roll him/her out as a role model for the rest of the staff. Thank you ‘G’ at the Manchester branch, you’ve been amazing.

Customer communication was very helpful and quick, and I love the high quality of the products. There is one unfortunate problem that makes online ordering difficult: unfortunately, the delivery company (Hungary) is inaccurate, unreliable, and communicates terribly. It would be great if this could be changed, because it makes ordering difficult.

La pâte d'arrêt de fermeture éclair de mon pantalon neuf s'était cassé. J'ai contacté le service client qui a pris en charge la réparation par un couturier auprès de qui j'ai déposé mon pantalon. Tous nos échanges jusqu'au remboursement ce sont déroulés sans soucis. Et toujours avec un mail de suivi. C'est rassurant d'avoir un service aux client de cette qualité. Tout comme leur gamme de vêtements que j'apprécie fortement. Je recommande CARHARTT : absolument !

Ich hatte einen Fehler bei der Adressangabe gemacht und mir wurde nicht nur geholfen und in Ruhe der weitere Vorgang erklärt, sondern auch noch ein kleiner Rabatt genehmigt, obwohl ich alleinig schuld war.

Exceptional customer service at the Earlham St store Covent Garden. I’m sure all the staff are brilliant, but Patrick went above and beyond for me and my son. He was super friendly, understanding that not every lad is a size 32 and doesn’t need to feel rubbish because of it (which had been our miserable experience in the Levi’s store). He helped with styles, advice and even held an additional pair of jeans by phoning through to another store. We spent a small fortune, but I’d go back because of such a great experience.

Non sto ricevendo risposte dal servizio clienti, e non mi è arrivata l’email di conferma, ma al suo posto sono arrivate numerose email che mi invitano a completare un ordine già effettuato e già assimilato dal conto corrente.

I had an issue with a return and the customer service team were both super helpful and speedily responsive throughout the process, ultimately solving the issue for me. It’s good to see a company take such care of their customers when problems are raised to them!
