Bought two pair of pants. The price on the webshop was unfortunately not was I was charged.

I was told I was paying the right amount and the price on the website was wrong.

I have asked for a refund. No feedback. Just incompetence claiming I paid what I should, not recognizing the fault is on Carhartt side.

Scammers.

Stating one price ang charging another is illegal and theft.

"Computer says no"
Just had the worst customer service in the shop and had a chat with the store manager (a woman).
I bought a dark green pants in the store 6 weeks ago and I have washed them once as suggested by Carhartt and now they have lost a lot of colour and have white stripes all over them.

I have been a loyal Carhartt customer for over 25 years and have never had to complain over anything so I find it really odd to meet this new customer service attitude.

Clearly this is a production fail, as there is another customer complaining about the excact same thing, with the same pants, same colour, same store about a week ago.

You pay a premium price for these products so you would think that the attitude towards the customer should be a little more professional.

Not ok.

Velocità e serietà

Due to a problem with the connection to my bank account I have ordered by mistake the same items twice and so payed twice. I called the company in Germany and the problem was solved by the end of the day: one order canceled and my account refounded.
Thank you Andy for your quick and efficient work.

There's a good product range but delivery times can be exceptionally slow

Having ordered three weeks ago, UPS has lost my parcel and delivered it to an incorrect address.

What’s followed has been one of the most bizarre cases of inept customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I speak to carhartt or UPS I get a different answer as to my parcel is going to be delivered today/it was delivered yesterday/we can’t find it/we found it.

The carhartt help staff are unbelievably rude and brief in emails and seem to be suggesting I’ve received the parcel and am pretending I haven’t when UPS have now admitted delivering it to an incorrect address and having a photo of a random house that isn’t mine. There is no dispute procedure or mechanism to contest any of this, I’m just told to wait and come back later.

Just don’t bother and order from another site even if you like the brand.

I’m seriously concerned I won’t get my money back and the parcel is long gone, and have no faith in carhartt resolving this.

The Carhartt backpack I recently bought for my son to use at school didn’t come with chest and waist straps. Thanks to Sabrina from Customer Service Ecom, we got the spare parts to make them ourselves.

When the first package didn’t arrive, Sabrina immediately arranged to send it again.

My son now bikes with comfort and confidence to school with the backpack sitting safely and securely. (He is 9,5 years old and in 3rd grade) <3

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No consideration for me whatsoever. No attempt to deliver my parcel or to communicate the whereabouts of my parcel for a matter of weeks, and then absolutely no resolution offered at all. Complete waste of my time.

Items are good, communication with customer service is allright, but logistics are terrible. First parcel was never deliverd. Got my money after 3 weeks. Second parcel I had to return and it took 4 week to deliver the parcel back and eventually 6 weeks to get my money back.

Also, zuerst einmal. Alle positiven Sterne gebe ich für die Markenqualität. Den Onlineshop würde ich seit jeher mit einem Stern bewerten. Ich habe leider das Gefühl, dass bei Carhartt in Vorstellungsgesprächen die coole Optik vor echter Qualifikation der Mitarbeiter geht. Zu mir: ich habe mir vor knapp 20 Jahren meine erste Carhartt Jacke in einem Skatershop in Duisburg gekauft und war von der Qualität begeistert. Ich besitze diese noch heute und werde oft gefragt in welcher Beziehung ich zu Carhartt stehe, weil seitdem 80 % meiner Kleidung von Carhartt ist. Ich könnte ein Carhartt Modell sein, wenn mein Gesicht....Die Sid Pant ist für mich die beste Chino überhaupt, die Jeans sind besser als andere Jeans auch in der Preislage, ...
Leider gibt es trotzdem immer mehr Artikel, die diese Qualität nicht mehr haben.
Der Shop regt mich nur auf. Anstatt wie bei anderen Shops in der Bestellung, kann man hier nur über das Serviceportal eine Retoure beantragen. Das funktioniert aber gerade nicht, eine Antwort bekomme ich wahrscheinlich auch heute nicht mehr... Dafür muss der Kunde die Bestellnummer haben. Das geht echt besser. Auch ist aus dieser Bestellung kommentarlos wieder eine Sidpant gestrichen worden, weil man die Bestände nicht pflegt(wie ich vermute, denn man erfährt das zuerst von PayPal und nicht von Carharttund auch nur, dass die nicht geliefert wird) Auf die Bestellbestätigung kann man nicht antworten, ... Was fällt mir gutes ein zum Shop? Die Filterfunktion ist besser als früher. Das war's. Wenn die Qualität nicht wäre, würde ich meine Daten löschen lassen.

Perchè avete abbandonato la piccola distribuzione nei negozi streetwear?

Desidero condividere alcune considerazioni in merito al mio recente ordine sul sito ufficiale Carhartt.

Innanzitutto, trovo poco comprensibile che un paio di jeans ordinato dall’Italia venga spedito dai Paesi Bassi. Nel comune in cui risiedo era presente un punto vendita che trattava il marchio e presso il quale acquistavo regolarmente. Nonostante i buoni risultati di vendita, mi è stato comunicato che il marchio ha deciso di non rifornire più quel negozio. Successivamente ho appreso che la stessa decisione è stata applicata a numerosi altri piccoli rivenditori in Italia, compromettendo la capillarità della distribuzione.

In secondo luogo, desidero segnalare un’esperienza negativa con il corriere incaricato, GLS Italia. La consegna è avvenuta in ritardo e, a causa di un presunto problema con l’indirizzo (mancanza del numero civico, dato che avevo comunque fornito correttamente), sono stato costretto a ritirare personalmente il pacco presso il magazzino locale. Devo anche sottolineare il fatto che l'operatore con cui ho avuto a che fare presso il magazzino GLS ha mostrato un comportamento poco professionale e privo delle più basilari norme di cortesia, rendendo l’esperienza ulteriormente spiacevole.

In sintesi, pur apprezzando molto la qualità dei prodotti Carhartt, queste problematiche logistiche e distributive mi inducono a non acquistare nuovamente dal sito ufficiale.
