I ordered my car from august 2020, and up to this date i haven't received any information on my car, i went for a wire transfer at the bank and these people called me stating that they will send the money back, all now!! You guys are theif

these guys are crooks,i was given an invoice by Jack Chester on the 14th of September 2020 and went on make a payment of my Toyota alex on the 18th of September 2020.i further paid for a Isuzu Elf on the 28th of September 2020.In total I paid USD 5300, up to now 20 January 2020 I haven't received anything ,at first I was told that Jack was fired and I was given another agent called Victor Martin on 14 November to help my case ,only last week I was told that He also was fired from work,
Since I have all the paper work, WhatsApp chats and receipts im going to present my case to Interpol and the Japanese embassy they have promised to help me

Am very disappointed with car Japan I by a mark x from them and the mark x I by I don’t get that one I get a cheaper one with a lat of things not working in it and now I by a pro box from 07/07/2020 and get it are get back my money I back for my money from November and keep running around telling me stories that they is I by the car for $10.800

I pay on 27 October for 3 mazda demio 14250 direct tt since then i dont get cars i ask 2 times refund and they dont care nobody give you answer
People be carefully they can run away with your money there is no trust .who

Whatever am writing here is true, I have no intention of tarnishing carhub as I have been a long time customer.
Of late this company has turned into a scam , I paid for the Toyota fielder on 1st September, almost 4 months ago
What followed are stories, lies and fake promise
Am shocked as I read all the positive reviews and I can confidently tell the world that this are lies
I have all the evidence about full payments, any questions about the conversations I have made regarding the subject is readily available

I am completely pleased with the car that I bought from the Car Hub Japan. I was utterly surprised when I heard that the other exporters of cars offered me the same make and model with a huge price gap. I'm planning to order 3 more cars from them, and I know they're never going to disappoint me. I strongly recommend Car Hub Japan to import used vehicles to Bahamas from Japan.

The scammers of Auction House Japan have now claimed to open this additional scamming line. The real names of the owners of this company is Hamza Rafique and Muhammad Riaz, after scams with AHJ they claimed to open another company , crown Trading. It’s been a year and they still have not issued a refund of 14,800. I have written the entire Caribbean, Japan and US. They are Pakistani nationals living in the US scamming persons from around the world. They have been reported on every consumer protection site on the globe. They are pure frauds. Do not purchase from this company or AHJ.

Hello, i ordered a car from car hub japan in july for $3,000 U.S. That was the final total amount for the vehicle including shipping, documentation and inspection. after waiting 12 weeks for the vehicle i contacted the agent about the documents who then tells me that he has to contact head office to find out about the documents. He then calls me and said that head office told him i have to pay an additional $600U.S to get the documents sent to me, I then told him that the total amount for the car was paid in full. After our conversation, head office called and said i must pay $600 or order another vehicle or i will forfeit the one that is already paid for. This is indeed an act of extortion. The car was scheduled to arrive at Nassau Port in the Bahamas on the 13th of October 2020. The Port allows for vehicles to be at the port for one week only after which port charges will be applied daily. I haven't heard from Car Hub Japan any more and the documents did not arrive either,

I'm addressing this letter of complaint against a Car Hub Japan based online largest car company , Car hub Japan, who've taken my money regarding an order I had placed to get a car imported into my home country of Pakistan, yet never delivered the goods.

The entire scenario goes like this. A representative from Car hub Japan, Mr. Ahmed Ali approached me after my initial interest, to guide me in my choices of automotive. Being a fellow countryman, he assured me he'd only showcase me those cars which were permitted to be exported to Pakistan.

On the 24th of June, I credited 576321Yen to Car Hub Japan account, and got a confirmation mail on the 26th , also receipt , what s up and mail evidence are available. A week later, I was assured that the car would arrive within a month. Not much later, the same representative called me back, fervently apologizing, saying that due to his mistake car of choice being a 2014 model, they'd be unable to fulfill their commitment. I was assured monetary compensation in 10 days, which turned into a month.

To top off this gross incompetence, they even had the audacity to switch off their contact numbers, and not respond to my emails. My frustration grew with time, and I've been absolutely livid ever since. Eventually, I was contacted again, with a list of fresh excuses. How the sales representative had resigned but handed my case of reimbursement over to the concerned section. On my insistence to speak to the manager, I was made to fill out a reimbursement circular, and was given a guaranteed timeline of 5 days to sort out this abhorrent mess.

It's been a month again with no outcome.

I hold Japan in the highest of regards. I know that honor, valise and commitment are the country's core principles, which is why I'm approaching you - the respected embassy - as my last resort. Its scams like this that paint an entire nation in such a negative hue of light, and I for one, will see that nobody else I know falls victim to companies like Car hub Japan.

I implore you to lend me your assistance in sorting out this mess, as I've invested not only a healthy amount of cash here, but also my hopes and dreams. I am attaching herewith a list of every single interaction I've had with the aforementioned party, and truly wish that justice will be sought.

Please note that from 24th June to till now my amount with Car Hub Japan as I got too much loss due to currency conversation as well as Bank charges and block my huge amount.

Carhub could be a good company but please stay away from the Agent call SHAWN OLIVER he is a scammer. He sent me a picture of nice car with low mileage and then ship a car with over 200k kilometers after 4months.
