Absolutely fab!

I dealt with Sam Butterworth who was great, also very funny. He made sure I had what I needed in the price range that suited me. It was done very quickly and sorted everything for me! Thank you!!

Bad experience

Very disappointing experience. I was approved for finance, but after waiting 9 days, I still couldn’t collect my car. I was then told I would have to wait another 9 days, which is completely unreasonable.

Communication was extremely poor. My messages were ignored, and I struggled to get any clear updates about what was happening with my application. I eventually had to contact the dealership myself to find out what was going on.

After all the delays and lack of communication, I decided to cancel everything. I expected a much smoother process and far better customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend CarLoansUK based on my experience.

The staff are incredible

The staff are incredible - very friendly, patient and hardworking. They really helped me and made everything simple to understand. I felt completely at ease working with them. They found me a car that was suitable and I hadn't even considered before - look forward to picking it up this week :) thanks again and best wishes to you all!oh and it was Ty who started it all up and worked for me. Ty was fantastic straight to the point

Above and beyond!

I’ve been struggling to find finance for a car since I passed my test. I’ve been through multiple sites and companies looking for help and Car Loans UK are the ones that made it possible. Jake has been a really big help in finding my perfect first car and I appreciate everyone’s time!

Don't Take the first quote.... Apart from that all good

Paula worked hard to get me the right car and was great at communicating everything back.
They use a panel of lenders and get commission. The higher the APR the higher the commission. Don't accept the higher APR, ask them to look at other lenders. I got mine down by 3% which is a big chunk.
Other than that, a really straightforward process and I look forward to picking up my car next week
