What can I say, I had a horrible experience with a car dealer, and thought all my hopes of having my own car were dashed. I found this site and Jack really talked me off the ledge, walked me through all of my options and even though I had my heart set on a particular car, he was able to find an amazing alterntive (I would hazard to say a better choice) and arranged everything with the dealer. I am going to test drive this one tonight and hopefully pick it up soon. The calm positive attitude that Jack had has been so reassuring and I feel like I am in good hands. As somebody who has had bad experiences, this has been such a refreshing experience. I can't say enough thank yous.

Extremely hard to get hold of, long wait times when calling and never replied to emails
Do not call when they state they would
Lied on multiple occasions to both myself and dealership
Changed collection date at short notice, leaving me without a vehicle for five days
Extremely long wait for funds to be transferred to dealership on the day of collection, meaning I made multiple calls to them being told different things as to why it was delayed on each occasion
Held onto the funds sent by my finance company for 23 days, meaning I waited to collect my vehicle for the best part of three weeks.
Caused undue upset and stress

As a first-time driver who knew very little about cars, Sam was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He made everything easy to understand, and I thought I would be stressed, but the customer service was excellent. Thank you to Sam for helping me find a car that is affordable and meets my needs.

Wonderful support throughout the whole time, helping me pick the perfect car and getting everything sorted out very quickly. Also repeating the contract to make sure I was 100 percent on everything.
