A friend bought a car two months ago from kingston battery went they changed her 800.00 said it wasn’t under warranty she bought the extra warranty .

TLDR: There are dozens (if not hundreds) of dealerships looking for your business. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from another dealership that treats you with respect and values your business - not just your initial purchase.

I had a genuinely positive experience purchasing my vehicle, which makes what followed even more disappointing.

Less than six weeks after the purchase, the car completely died. I contacted Car Loft multiple times and despite leaving messages and being told the issue was documented in my file, I never received a callback. I'm assuming it wasn't intentionally ignored, but it certainly speaks to professionalism and their commitment to their vehicle purchases.
Two weeks after that repair, the vehicle is now making another concerning noise, creating yet another urgent and costly situation. This time I was finally able to get someone helpful on the phone and they were not interested in taking a look to see if they could even help, let alone offering assistance in any other way.

There are hundreds of other places to get your car from. Pick one that stands by the vehicles they sell! It's not worth the headaches.

I bought a truck last year under the impression that it was good and reliable bought a warranty got sold a warranty that doesn’t cover my issue. Then got told it’s a wearable part and it’s not covered.
I’d never buy from here again due to the miss communication from a buyers standpoint.

Car loft staff are amazing and treat you like Family. My girlfriend was having some issues and Sal solved everything and got her an amazing deal on her 2022 venue.

While the sale experience is okay. Service leaves a lot to be desired. while they are great to deal with when it comes to sales there service team is a complete different story from flat out refusing to respond to not honouring the warranty that they themselves sold you I would actually stear clear of Carloft they aren't good to deal with they are super quick to sell your a car however service is a totally different story
Although what do you expect from a dealer that's not a UCDA registered dealer of course they are no good
