Car Model Store レビュー

I ordered a pre release 1/43 scale Spark F1 Ferrari (Lewis Hamilton) in Floriano test livery.
The model arrived quickly after the release date highly detailed and beautifully presented, one of my favourite models in my vast collection.

Another fantastic helmet from CMS to add to the collection. Slightly delayed due to lead times but this can't be helped or CMS' fault. Email advised of delivery and was delivered as stated. Excellent choice of products, will definitely be adding more to the collection

Ordered items on a Sunday night, arrived by Wednesday.

Well packaged, great communications. Items high quality

Everytime I order never have a problem, great trader

Models are very good, had a query regarding my order, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently, they answered all my emails. The delivery was very quick following a release date. Would recommend this company, I will be ordering again from them

I have been waiting since September for an order of a helmet 1/5 scale for a young boys first Xmas. Delays for October, November, December. Now they tell me it will arrive in stock 31st of January! I bet it won't!This is just awful. They keep saying they are waiting on supplier. They dont even deserve one star. They never contact me. I have to follow up.

Excellent products, great customer service

This company has had the order returned to them 4 days ago and I'm still waiting for my refund i have sent an email every day now with out a reply I just want my refund

VERY QUICK DELIVERY, NEATLY PACKED AND TRACKING SPOT ON.

A model I had always wanted became a bit out of the range I had been saving for and after getting in touch, the staff at CMS very kindly offered me a little discount so I could get it, I can't wait for the model to arrive and if you have ANY doubts about this store don't, because the prices are very good, the staff great and the products excellent

Quality items by 10 year old sons so happy with his helmets brilliant items 👏 😀

Amazing products.
I pre-ordered the Lando Norris helmet and I bought the Mclaren set.
Both were shipped together when the helmet came into stock, they were packaged really well.
The quality is amazing.
The helmet especially is so much better than the photo shows. These are presents and I know they are going to be extremely appreciated.

I recently bought a 1:18 model from CMS, and they were terrific in sending the order out to Australia, even when thier was an issue with the shipping, they were very quick to help resolve the issue.

Just started collecting mini F1 replica helmets and CMS provided 2 with an introductory offer.
Really well packed and delivered swiftly once paid.
Will certainly buy again from CMS.

Item was well packaged and also delivered quickly

Excellent Lando car model. Thanks CMS for top service. Will highly recommend this company. And will definitely use again 😎

I ordered a Lewis Hamilton 1/5 Ferrari helmet for a friend who collects them as a birthday present but didn’t notice it was a pre-order.
I got in touch with car model store customer services who couldn’t be more helpful,I was told it was pre order but when I explained the situation I was offered an alternative Ferrari test helmet that was in stock and I recieved within a few days, high quality helmet and was a perfect gift! I’d recommend CMS very highly and customer service 10/10 super helpful especially Jonard who helped me,I will be using the store in future!

Outstanding customer service very easy to understand and order absolutely over the moon with my items would highly recommend to anyone who is a f1 supporter lots of great products

I did not order or receive anything! I received an email reporting cars I did not order were coming. Similar to an event in May earlier this year and thought you must have had a glitch again. So I hope I have not been charged for said items.

Overall good experience, though site could be more user friendly with features like a wish list to keep track of items and ability to filter search results by scale.
