Car Model Store レビュー

Easy to navigate website, The item I wanted was in stock at the right price. Quick delivery and well packaged.

Models are very good and presented well. Delivery was swift with no delays. There is a very good range to view from with prices suiting various budgets.i will definitely be keeping an eye on the site for future purchases to add to my very small collection. Have to start somewhere so I'm guessing my collection will grow.all in all it's a very good experience shopping on this site.... unfortunately I can't buy everything.

Really easy to navigate website with lots of variety across model brands, scales and budgets. Items were sent out swiftly and packaged well. I'll definitely be making this my go to shop for toy cars and models.

Ordered two f1 cars, items where well packed and arrived in time, very happy.

My husband is very happy with his model car and the delivery service was very quick thank you 😊

Brilliant store and company , replies to emails straight away and keeps you informed about your delivery , third time I have used them throughly recommend

Great products. Great communication. Great service

Turning a negative into a positive. Getting an email telling me a former order was on its way again, was a worry, but the team at Car Model Store were quick to apologise, and explain it was a system error - they then offered a generous discount, which I was delighted to take up - my next model arrived just a few days later. Great service.

Wonderful service, kept me up to date with order , I bought as gifts ,very happy thank you.

Very good experience with car model store brand new model helmet good price and good delivery service 🚚 very reliable customer service

Great product, price and really quick delivery.
5 stars

Highly recommend cms. Good price, well packaged.

I have had several orders from here. Our grandson love F1.I have had not had any issues. Update emails have been great. Quick delivery.

After a wait due to the release date being put back, ( not CMS fault) the model arrived and was very happy with detail of it. If anything could be improved I would say that a general email to customers advising of delays would have been preferred to save having to ask what was happening with order. Also Royal Mail advised it would have been delivered on a Saturday but ended up being delivered on the Tuesday. Possible would have been Monday but was a bank holiday.

Overall happy with service and pretty sure I will be back to order again

My order was delayed due too changing release dates not retailers fault , but when it arrived was very pleased great detail, and value for money , was well packaged so overall experience was good .

A great quality model, at a good price.
Very well packaged, and fast delivery!

Great prices, fast deliveries and good communication with people about package and great overall

Amazing customer service, very friendly and was more than happy to help with my needs, item came after the date I wanted which was weeks after the order, faultless company with a great team would highly recommend 10/10

Great models and choice backed by excellent customer service

I placed a pre-order and had to chase multiple times for updates, they failed to tell me the items were no longer coming into stock and I had to ask them after noticing the items were no longer listed for sale.

Further had to chase for the one car which was in stock to be sent with the refund issued. No compensation for the inconvenience offered.
