Great experience, trouble with deposit.
We had a great experience with Carsa. We got a car the same day. Only thing I will say is that we paid a £39 deposit to keep a car in hold. We have been chasing for over 2 weeks for that to be refunded which is fully refundable due to taking the car. We didn’t have it taken off the final bill. Trying to get hold of someone it’s really difficult.

From the time we entered cards we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Ellie sorted us out straight away with what we were looking for in a polite and professional manner. Again nothing is too much trouble for this team. Jay from management was top class, sorted out a lift from cards to home, back to carsa, and back home again by Gregg who was also a top person, I can't believe the first class service these guys give to their customers. We used them when they were car shop and will continue for the future. Thank you team you are amazing 🤩

Don’t waste your time!
Greg the sales rep was great and has been let down by his manager. We had spent 2 hours and test driven the car everything was fine and we were ready to pay, until they wanted us to take out a warranty. We said we don’t want the warranty and have since found out a 1 year warranty is actually FREE on the website! Furthermore the car suddenly got reserved by another branch as soon as we declined the warranty! Coincidence I think not! Our time has been wasted and nothings been gained.

Awful experience
Awful experience, car at wrong location, not charged or washed , ripped off on part exchange process, warranty I was offered was withdrawn, hard sell on extras etc. etc. . Took 11 hours for me to collect car and return home .
