I ordered grey seat covers, they sent white. They told me grey is basically white, and that I would not be getting replacement covers, or a refund. Customer service is terrible. Shipping also took months. I have seen multiple issues from other customers of theirs as well.

Don't buy from carsilks.
Made an order for my 7 seater. Eventually received item which was folded and packaged in a very bad way.
Loads of issues..
Clips on their mats didn't align with the original ones on the car so they didn't fit ...sent from mats for a left hand drive car and I clearly stated on order form I needed for right hand drive car.
I just wanted to return item but shipping cost was over £100 so I agreed they would send me a replacement front mats...once again when I received them they didn't fit well. Now they are not replying to my email.
I have sent a review of this company before and their reply is they apologise and ask for order number.
They have no customer service skills and on the video where they advertise the mats it's a perfect fit .. however when you order it's not a correct fit.
Avoid this company.

They are scam, I ordered 2 sets of car mat, custom fit to Mini Cooper and keep, they sent me 2 with the same sizes and none of them can be used. I paid $500 USD for this order and they have never responded to my email to replace the wrong product

I ordered front and rear seat covers for my truck on Jan 1 2025 and still haven’t received all of my rear seat covers.I have contacted customer support.They are giving me a run around.They sent the wrong upper seat covers for the frt seats and I received the right covers on the second order but I am missing 2 panels on the rear.I have sent pictures and still no panels.

I ordered a full set of mats and full set of boot/trunk mats they arrived staggered but every time a part order arrived I informed them within 48 hours that I wanted to return them due to many issues which were documented through many pictures and videos. Every time I prove another issue the requests from carsilk just get worse and worse. On their own website they claim that the mats will be made to within an inch of tolerance. I have pictures showing 2 or more inches out and they don’t fit! Their mats which are supposed to Velcro to the back of the rear seats do not stick (again evidence supplied) carsilks answer to this was for me to pay more money to buy my own Velcro then glue that Velcro to my £60,000 BMW. Just insane requests and answers to legitimate problems with faulty/poor quality products. And time and time again I have asked to return the products for a refund and they simply just refuse saying that the product is right and there are no problems I just need to pay more money to fix faulty products.
I would never buy from or recommend this company to anyone!
I continually want to return them they continually ridiculously claim there are no issues. They are halfway around d the world and they are just of the opinion what are you going to do when we say no we won’t refund. What options do I have?

Another dissatisfied customer here. Ordered front and rear for my SUV, plus the rear cargo (trunk mat). After a few weeks, I received all but the trunk mat. First off, worst packaging ever! The mats were all rolled up in some sort of parchment type bag. I attempted to install them in my SUV with horrible results. The rear mat is nowhere near the correct dimensions. The front passenger side mat is also of the incorrect dimensions. The driver's side does fit, but none of the others. Carsilks, where is my trunk mat, and what are you going to do to resolve the bad fitment of the two mats? I've sent several emails, I've attempted the live chat, and no responses at all. If you want my order number as requested from all the other bad reviews that customers have left here, just check the multiple emails and live chat where I provided all of the information for you.

**UPDATE**
After writing this review, Carsilks reached out and said they would find the rest of my order and get it delivered. It showed up at my home on the 4th. As with the first part of my order, only part of the custom mats actually fit. The trunk floor mat fits and looks nice, but the two side mats that came with the trunk mat (I ordered the deluxe version) do not even come close. So, a total of two mats out of six received actually fit and look nice, while the other four are unusable by me. I have asked several times prior to leaving my original review and again since getting the second half of my order about a resolution for the incorrect fitting mats. Carsilks has been completely non-responsive about what to do about them.

I ordered seat covers and floor Matt's. After waiting over a month, I got them and they were wrong.
Also never received full order.
Contacted them and still have no replay..
They asked for videos of install. I did it and still haven't heard from them..
The seat covers are not custom made to each car ,tje floor Matt's don't come close to fitting..
If they fix problems, I will change my review.

I didn’t get my full order.And there’s no response from customer care service. I ordered car mat for my seven seater car . I got parcel this morning and there is missing middle seat car mat and they charged my USD 289. I still waiting for customer care service.

Atrocious packaging for a so called quality product. Missing item in order. Customer service non existent. Although the mats are supposed to be purpose made for your car they DO NOT fit.

The order took 120 days to come and when it did show up it was the wrong size and color, from what was ordered. I sent measurements for back of the seat to be 30". They came 34" and would not fit. Carsilk would not replace them. They only wanted to give me a discount

i never got my floor mates, they sent them to wrong address, car Silks says there's nothing they can do for there mistake , 3 MOUTHS LATER NOTHING.

Worst car mats ever! Just received my car mats, bought the double layer deluxe mats. Cheap plastic upper mats, waste of money, spend your money elsewhere

It took three weeks to find out my order was shipped.

Received order finally, put front mats in. The clips do not keep mats secure as what they say are clips is just pieces of smooth plastic which they expect to secure between carpet and molded platic in my car.
Clips popped out when on highway and it kept my gas pedal depressed, this is a big safety issue.

Mats made in China so they do not have North American cars there so they have no quality control.

I emailed company many times, they asked for a video. I made said video of the mats and said cannot send as too big, Lucy said sent through GG drive (have no idea what this is)

I demanded my refund in full and they refused as Lucy at Car Silks says no video then we cannot issue refund. Her response is lame and my next step is to make a complaint with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
I issued complaint through BBB and also to my credit card company.

Save yourself time and do not order from this company.

Hello I need seat covers for the front somehow I got covers for the beach and didn't get instructions found out later that are for the rear i have sent messages but no one is ripening like day didn't care i assume all day want is your money i hope someone can respond and let me know lfday are willing to help me $169 lost

Don't spend your money here just yet. There are many negative reviews about Carsilks and that the Mats Do Not Fit.
I decided however to trust some of what appeared to be genuine and positive reviews, though I did suspect that it may be 'bot' reviews, and ordered a Set of diamond Floor Mats (Order #5213), front and back.
I gave Carsilks the make and model and model year of my Car.
I received the Floor Mats today, after waiting about 4 weeks, and they Do Not Fit .... Not even Close!!
I just now emailed Carsilks customer service and will await a response.
I asked for a full refund, or a set of Mats be made to actually fit my Car.
Even the design of the Mats (The pattern and direction of the Stripe, did not match what Carsilks advertizes. They are made in china and you can spend way more les in alibaba. They advertise premium quality and fit but they are not even close.

I am very concerned that my Dash Mat (Order#5177) and Trunk Mat (Order#5181) may not match either.
I will try to cancel the Order is I can.
One other thing is that Carsilks customer support, does not answer customer inquiries!
That should have been a sign to Not Trust Carsilks.
I will update here once, this issue gets to move forward.
I hope Carsilks steps up to the Plate, and Makes it Good!

It has been frustrating to deal with Carsilks to get a full refund for a Trunk Mat and a set of Floor Mats that was supplied to me, however, clearly not made for my Car, which I clearly identified my Car when I placed the Orders.

Now Lucy wants me to pay for Shipping of the improper Mats, and the refund depending on the email varies between 30% and 80%!!!

Don't bother with this company, extremely disappointed ☹️. Paid for the full car seats front and back, the floor mats, the trunk mat and the dashboard cover. Firstly the items are poorly packaged which causes damage to the leather. They come with no instructions and no invoice with the packaging. The front car seats are not waterproof and the fixings don't hold. The back car seat comes in 3 parts for the back and bottom which definitely isn't waterproof and doesn't fit properly which looks silly. The dashboard cover is to small and doesn't hold and when the heating is on looks like it's alive. The floor mats do slightly fit front and back but they are of poor quality. HOWEVER the back trunk set hasn't even been delivered and has already got to the 60 days which they advertised a full refund. I don't believe they make them to fit properly for the vehicles and concerning the customer service they don't even respond. Already sent 4 emails and still they haven't responded. Don't even think they will respond to this review. SO RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Have been trying to get a refund for over a month re custom dash mat completely wrong for my mini countryman. After sending requested videos and a promise to "look into it", they are now no longer responding to my emails for a refund. Plus the boot liners obscure the boot lights which is just silly. Very disappointed. Nina. Australia.
Don't fob me off with "send order number". Have done this repeatedly via email with Lucy at customer support.

Carsilk seat covers Ordered mine on December 18th 2024 I have received nothing from them took my money. And then no contact ghosted me. Buy from someone else. Save yourself the time And aggravation.SCAMMERS I will continue to post this daily and every advertisement I see of yours

The quality is very good
And half the mats fitted with one could not be used
They seem to have omitted to have made no allowance for the car pedals
