Avoid this company, the car mats I’ve ordered took 41 days to arrive.
I did pay £120 for two front mats, when they finally arrive I noticed straight away that it’s not made of real leather as they advertise it on their website and what is even worse it’s that they do not fit properly and the Velcro is very poor quality and do not stick! I tried to contact carsilk I did speak to customer support and they not helpful they asked me for pictures then videos etc so I did and even after that they are stating that I did not install them correctly! They offered refund of $10. Every single email I sent I took them 3-4 days to reply there is no phone number you can call.
Avoid at all cost

This company is completely dishonest. You'll notice on their website a banner at the top promoting 30 Day returns. In reality, they give you 6 HOURS to request a return label. The problem is that no one answers the phone number, and you have to email a company that will respond when they choose. I requested a refund label 6 times, and they refused to send it. Also, I was charged for front and back seat covers, and only front seats were sent, because they would not send a return label. I'm now stuck with two front seat covers that don't fit well, and I don't use. This kind of company makes me not want to shop on the internet at all.

After having these floor mats for a couple months now gotten them dirty and then clean them they are solid nice and make the whole interior look better I plan on ordering the matching seat covers

Beware and do not buy. They take a long time for this product to be delivered if at all. They dont tell you or give you an estimate of delivery. I placed an order on Dec. 5, 2025 and its status is still pending. Additionally, they do not communicate in a timely fashion. I sent them several emails and waited days for a reply. I also requested refund numerous times and I get a reply 3 days later saying product is on its way but I WANT A REFUND not the product anymore. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Avoid this company. The product arrived with very poor fit and finish. Customer service is HORRIBLE. The mats I ordered do not fit at all - too short and too narrow. I supplied pictures but the customer service kept asking for more pictures/videos. In short, I complied with all posted requirements for a return and refund and the customer service just kept declining.

Ordered a set for a 570 GT McLaren. I was told they took so long because they were special made per car.. I call BS. I have tried everything from Velcro to my Mechanic shop to get these to fit and they are way to big. Sides do not clip in. what a WASTE of money..

No phone number listed or found. (Found phone number on this site after posting...called,.no answer ) WEB site states ...Chat function lower right corner...there was no chat found. 4 days waiting for email reply.... no response for potential order. Sent follow up email...no response.

The company sent me either the wrong mats, or extremely ill fitting mats. Made the video and took pictures of the poor fitment. They acknowledged that they did not fit (this was on November 3rd). They acknowledged the error the next day and asked me to wait a few days; I waited 10 days, and still nothing

Contacted them again, and stated plainly that I wanted a refund. They thanked me for my patience and asked that I wait 2 more days for an update; I waited 20 days, and again asked for a refund. Haven’t heard back from them since.

Their M.O. is to be polite, but do nothing. A polite scam is still a scam, and it’s best to think of them as just that, a scam. They may even reply to this saying they want to make it better. If I have not updated the post, trust me, they’re being true to their MO.

Update: hours after this review, they reached out to me to see if I would be ok with them replacing ONE of the two non-fitting mats, and if that would resolve the issue: no refund, just one red mat in a convertible. You can’t make this stuff up. I reiterated I wanted a refund. That was 4 days ago, still crickets.

i bought a set of car floor mat.I mistakenly push the button to order.They refund me within a month.Thank you and more power.

Car seat covers look nice, the problem is that that have a HORRIBLE mold odor. I couldn't keep them out of the bag they came in. I would walk by the room I had the bag in and could smell it from there. I contacted the company to return them, they told me to lay them out for a few days. I had to lay them in the back of our truck because I couldn't have them out in the house. That didn't help. We packed them back up. I contacted them to say I want to return them. They said to wash them. I read the Policy , it said they would not take them back if they were washed. I did not wash them and said I want a refund. They emailed back and said due to their policy, they would not take them back and refund my money. According to their Policy, I have every right to get a refund. Their way of communication is so unprofessional. There is no phone number. They have not returned my last email stating that I WANT A REFUND. I will not stop contacting them until then. Deb.
Update, they pretty much said " too bad" you didn't send a video showing how you installed them. I didn't even want to touch the stinky seat covers because the smell got on my hands. This company IS a scam. Even if they didn't stinky, i contacted them the day after I received them. Policy states that you have to contact for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Stay away from Carsilks.

These look nice, but just don’t fit. Much too large, length and width. Interferes with power seat movement and a tripping hazard getting in and out of the car. Also, I’ve learned there is a small 7 day window for refunds or returns after which there are no refunds. Should you get the car brand logo stitched in ( I did), that also disqualifies you for a return.
Update: 18 of the 41 reviews are “anonymous” and are all 5 stars. I’m suggesting these are planted by employees or others and not trustworthy.

Adding UPDATE: things have only gotten worse. I’ve sent everything they’ve asked for, order number, dates, and now claim I never made a purchase. They continue to bait me with FB messenger messages. The Facebook video adds are full of similar same complaints of a complete scam. It’s been advised that they are in violation of the Lanham Act and I have filed a complaint with the FTC.

I’m really disappointed with Carsilks

I bought both the front and back floor mats for my car, and the quality is nowhere near what they show in the photos. The front mat had some issue and the back mat doesn’t even align properly.

I contacted them and they asked me to send a video, which I did. After that just response saying update me soon from them. Very poor customer service and definitely not worth the money.

I wouldn’t recommend them.

Ordered floor mats and they never sent them. Their support actually lied several times in emails to me saying they were shipped, but they didn’t have the tracking number and they needed to reach out to the shipping company for the number and then after several more emails asking for the number they said the shipment was lost and they would give me a 10% discount and expedite the new order. I finally had to just do a chargeback with the bank because they keep trying to buy more time with lies.

WARNING!! WARNING!! They are a scam. After I made the purchase they email me a week later asking me for all sorts of measurements of the floors. It says on there sight that they are laser cut on cnc machine. Well if that were the case my mats should have been no problem as my car is a 2012 and not a specially unique vehicle. Then after weeks of waiting they email me and say they can't make the logo. The logo is why I ordered from them. So there web site is a complete scam!!!!!

Sent the wrong floor mats and wouldn't refund money. Now I'm stuck with floor mats that don't fit my vehicle and out $228.

I join other reviewers in expressing extreme caution. You are taking an abundantly proven risk with this company and you can choose whether attractiveness of the products is worth the risk to you

It took two months of emailing, pictures and video to extract a 90% refund for the dashboard cover they sent that wasn’t even designed to fit my car. They can’t explain why they don’t have the advertised product.

Firstly it took over 9 weeks to get my order and when I finally did received my order they do not fit my vehicle.(2025 Mazda CX5)
The rear seat covers are too small (the sides are 2inches too short to cover the front & base sections of the rear seats & centre arm rest cover is way too small)
The front seats covers also cover over the seat adjustment side handles which make the seat cover not fit properly.
I can clearly see these seat covers are not designed to fit my vehicle even though they advertise that they do. - I should of just purchased the cheap $20 covers from my local WalMart which at least fit better than these expensive ones.
I have contacted the support centre over a week ago and have still not received any response yet. (I do not recommend buying any products from them

I’ll let here the email that I’ve just sent to them.
“ Good afternoon, I am writing once again to express my indignation and disappointment with Carsilk. I made a purchase with you on June 24th, and in July I received an order that was incorrect for my car, even though I ordered the correct parts. I contacted you at the same time, and you promised to resolve the problem by sending the incorrect part, but you still haven't sent it. I am extremely disappointed because I have made several purchases of car mats directly from China and have never received any errors. Now you, who claim to be a local manufacturer, send the wrong order and still haven't resolved the problem. I am very disappointed.”

I gave a 1 only because this is as low as you can go. For the second time, a strap that holds the cover in place has failed. The stitching is sub standard and will not hold up.

Customer service told me that this was not a manufacturing defect. I guess sitting on the seat is too much for these seat covers. Carsilk talks about a 3 year warranty, what a joke, all you get is a brush off email.

Don’t buy these, they won’t last and they don’t stand behind their product at all.
