Cheap merchandise and they continue to try to charge my credit card for random charges every week or so- I made 1 purchase months ago and have had multiple instances of fraudulent charges being charges to my card. Most recently last night!! Unable to contact a person so can’t resolve with company. Have notified cc company.

Sent wrong item and it was damaged

My watch bezel was not all the way iced out certain links had no ice in it making the watch look more fake than real

The product is amazing the customer service is above amazing everything is very stress free. Thanks to the whole team the excellent service. I will be ordering more items

My order arrived October 9,2025 without the custom pendant cartice told me on November 9,2025 there replacement policy only covers 30 days today is the 30th day but to beat that the pendant did not arrive with the order it arrived 17 days later meaning the replacement policy still applies but they won't budge on fixing or replacing the pendant next option report this fraud to my credit card company update soon

I messaged customer support to cancel the monthly charges that I never signed up for but they just keep saying I am a part of VIP membership. I never signed up for that. I did a one time purchase. Now I’m being charged a second month in a row. $39.99 first month now $49.99. Scam

Ordered two pieces of jewelry. What was sent was too small. They wouldn’t give me a refund. And had to argue to get 20% back of which they did. Now I see they are trying to charge my credit card fo more money 1 month later. So I had to cancel my card and notify my bank to investsge and dispute the fraudulent charge. Never again. I rather go into a store and see and handle what I’m purchasing. The jewelry was very cheap also. Sad this was for my 20th wedding anniversary.

DO NOT ORDER !!!! I ordered the Watch with the free necklace and bracelet and and some how 2 mystery boxes , when I got the order finally it was just a watch , a fake gold chain and a rope bracelet,I'm guessing those were the mystery boxes . I emailed them with a screenshot of the watch and free items picture I ordered, well they said it wasn't part of the promotional package and I don't get the free items , I emailed again some thing , they said they are not gonna uphold what I ordered and were sorry about the mixup , what mixup I wanted what I ordered, they charged me $60 for 2 pieces of junk jewelry they called a mystery box , the watch is not what they offer as well , I DID NOT sign up for VIP so I better not get charged , so it looks like I got ripped off like the other people did , Cartice NYC you should be ashamed of what you are doing to hard working people like myself but I'm sure your not , I'm going to dispute these charges with my bank right after I write this , I got a lot more to say about this but we will see what happens ,

I don’t even know where to start. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online store. The level of incompetence, lack of communication, and overall carelessness is unbelievable. It’s honestly insulting how little they seem to care about their customers, reading all these other reviews. You take people’s money and then vanish — no accountability, no respect. Save yourself the headache — don’t even think about buying from this place. They don’t deserve a single star. Would give negative stars if I could

My name is Honore and I bought a watch on September 29 from this company named CARTICE NYC. I received a different watch (Something similar with toy watch) and I was fighting with them for a month to get a refund. After I returned this toy watch, I finally got my money back, but they charged my credit card again - monthly membership fee of $49.99 ( membership I never ask for).After this episode I had to call the bank and to cancel my credit card. CONCLUSION - You don't get what you pay for. You order something and they send you something else and if you dare to challenge them you have to fight forever to get the money back.

they use Scam tactics like sending your order to a wrong adress so it could be lost in the mail system just to be sent back. They also use false advertisements for example like social media and commercials adds. If you watch them videos, you will see the watches had a logo on it with AP or rolex label but once you see it on their website there watches are blank with no label like they buy it from TEMU and resell it for more. Talk about TEMU, I searched on TEMU and seen every watch there selling. Go check them out on TEMU, there like less than $15-$20. They cant even refund my money back thats crazy. I ordered the Versace Skeleton Iced Out Watch for $199 plus tax. They dont even have a customer service number but just the email. If that dont sound like scam then I dont know what else to tell yall. Im never going to order from them EVER. #HASHTAG - Seriously Yall check on TEMU. TEMU has every watch they selling for like $15-$20. I believe they buy there watches in bulk from TEMU and resell to us consumers for MORE. There A BIG SCAM!

Over charged me for a mystery gift bix it said $19 then they took $50 out of my account. And the jewelry turning brown after only two weeks starting to rust in the back.

The products are good and as stated on their site. The bling and luster are there and haven't faded in the year I've had them. I get compliments constantly because the watch and chains look great. I had an issue with a watch band not claspping properly; and, after sending a video of the issue within the 30 day guarantee window, they replaced it.

Six months with this chain and no tarnishing. I’ve worn it through rain, sweat, and travel. Clasp still locks tight and shine hasn’t faded.

Now I will say this. The chain and the bracelet were hard. I actually like that but the watch is kinda cheesy. On top of that what I didn’t like was the whole “mystery box” thing. They kinda suck you into getting them and it was mad expensive. The quality of it is not good and all they sent me was 3 small bracelets, a little necklace, and a gift card in which I will not be using then they also tried to charge me $39.99 a month for some VIP thing I didn’t even sign up for so I sent them a lot of emails, the first email they completely ignored my question, then I had to harass them to take it off then they were trying to offer it to me for $19.99 instead and after going off they finally got rid of it, on top of that, I never wanted the mystery box thing and they couldn’t even give me a refund of my money which pissed me off a lot! The ONLY reason why I gave it a 2 star rating was because I like the chain and the main bracelet I got, but I do feel like the chain was a little too big….overall, I would say if you do order from them just go for the main chain and bracelet they offer. Do NOT click on any extra buttons and if you do they will automatically charge you and you will never get your money back….

I just received my order just to check the quality of the items. The necklace and bracelet are very fake don't even register with diamond tester and they feel like plastic. The watch and earrings some diamonds register not many though watch quality well junk lol.

Thief’s!! they don’t honor there deal and they charge cards even when ur not ordering I ordered twice and got ripped off both times
