The worst company I have ever dealt with. Braclet I purchased for my wife was hard to put on and take off. We immediately sent it back and requested warranty correction. Cartier said it was bent and had to be recreated. At my expense. I told them to immediately send it back. After 10 calls I agreed to the recreation for $1100. After 11 months and cartier sending the "recreation " to the wrong address. We get it back. No difference. Still goes on and off hard. Company is an absolute scam. Associates are trained to lie. DO NOT BUY FROM CARTIER!!

I can only assume management have taken comments on board because I felt respected. After all everyoneâs money looks the same and itâs a stupid business model for staff to disrespect any customer. Asked to see a necklace which I admitted I was not going to buy that day. Heather was professional, helpful and friendly and I dealt with her throughout process until I received necklace by purchase online. I am delighted with the necklace.

Phoebe in the New Bond Street shop was friendly (but not at all pushy), patient and helped me try different styles and sizes. Order trinity rings / bad service received
Hello all,
I purchased an order with discount voucher on Easter. Since the shop on site was not able to process my order in Amsterdam at Cartier. I was sent an email the order was delayed, got afterwards a cancellation and now my discount cannot be applied anymore to a new order! Itâs a ping pong from Bijenkorf customer service to Cartier Amsterdam.
I find it deceiving this service and will tell all

Worse Customer Service
I ordered cufflinks for a graduation gift and Cartier uses FedEx and requires a signature for delivery. That is fine, but I'm never home to sign for deliveries. All other companies allow you to pick up the package at the local FedEx; however, Cartier doesn't allow for that.
When I called to speak to a Cartier representative, she was completed unconcerned about my circumstance. Once Cartier gets you money, they don't care. I've never experienced such poor customer service and will never order from them again!
So, I paid for the cufflinks and will never receive them.
I would give them a 0 for the review is that was an option.

I sent an email on 17/03 but haven't received a reply (today is 8th working day!). I had scheduled an appointment at their store and wanted to confirm the watch would be in stock, but have been completely ignored. As a result, I no longer plan to attend the appointment.
Cartier a predatory scam
I purchased two Cartier LOVE rings but experienced several serious issues, including being required to travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi to collect one, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and additional costs. I was also given an incorrect invoice, which prevented me from obtaining a VAT refund and resulted in financial loss. Despite trying for over three months to resolve the situation, my communications were largely ignored, leading to significant frustration and wasted time. Additionally, I relied on incorrect advice regarding ring sizing, which resulted in purchasing a ring that does not fit and cannot be resized. Overall, buying my wedding band at Cartier has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.

Mijn vriend wilde mij verrassen met een sieraad van Cartier voor mijn verjaardag. Hij heeft dit begin februari, tijdens ons weekendje weg, aan mij gegeven (ongeveer 1,5 week na aankoop). Helaas bleek bij het openen al dat de oorbellen niet symmetrisch zijn.
Ik heb hier direct op 8 februari contact over opgenomen, omdat dit duidelijk niet is wat je verwacht van een merk als Cartier. Tot mijn verbazing kreeg mijn vriend vandaag te horen dat het product âgedragenâ zou zijn en dat het achterkantje niet goed aangesloten zou zijn â terwijl wij het pakket nog geen dag in bezit hadden voordat we melding maakten van het probleem.
Wat een ontzettend teleurstellende ervaring. Je denkt te betalen voor kwaliteit en service, maar daar is in dit geval niets van terug te zien. Daarnaast lijkt er weinig kennis te zijn van de wettelijke regels rondom aankoop en retourneren.
**Update:** Inmiddels heb ik opnieuw contact gehad en ontving ik een e-mail van Client Relations waarin wordt aangegeven dat zij de camerabeelden van het moment dat het product de winkel verliet niet willen delen. Dit terwijl een verkoper wettelijk verplicht is om de bewijslast te dragen wanneer zij een dergelijke beschuldiging richting een consument maken.
Ik heb inmiddels juridische hulp ingeschakeld om deze kwestie verder op te pakken.
Mijn advies: koop hier niet. Dit was voor mij een zeer negatieve ervaring die absoluut niet past bij de reputatie die Cartier pretendeert te hebben.

Op 11 maart heb ik een bestelling geplaatst en dezelfde dag nog een instant overschrijving uitgevoerd. Volgens hun eigen voorwaarden zou ik mijn ring binnen twee dagen na ontvangst van de betaling moeten ontvangen. Vandaag is het 23 maart en ik heb nog steeds niets ontvangen.

Ondertussen heb ik meerdere keren telefonisch (+via mail) contact gehad met hun klantendienst. Telkens krijg ik hetzelfde antwoord: ze gaan contact opnemen met hun financiële dienst. Tot op heden krijg ik echter geen enkele concrete uitleg waarom mijn bestelling niet wordt verzonden.
Op hun vraag heb ik ook een betalingsbewijs doorgestuurd, maar zelfs daarna verandert er niets. Integendeel, ze raden mij aan om contact op te nemen met mijn bank. Mijn bank heeft bevestigd dat het bedrag correct is overgemaakt en op hun rekening staat.
Volgens Cartier zou de bestelling automatisch geannuleerd worden na 7 dagen als de betaling niet ontvangen werd. Ook dat is niet gebeurd.
Kort samengevat: geen product, geen duidelijke communicatie, en geen oplossing.
Dit is absoluut niet de service die je verwacht van een luxe merk. Zeer frustrerend en teleurstellend.

However, If you go to Dubai then ask for Scott McCrossan. A proper sales execâ, knowledgable and customer aware. We bought off him and it was a far better experience.

Extremely disappointing online purchase and returns experience
I purchased a Cartier LOVE bracelet online as a gift for my wifeâs milestone birthday. When the bracelet was opened, it was briefly tried on to check the size and it was immediately clear that it was too large. The bracelet was handled carefully and repackaged straight away, and I contacted Cartier to request an exchange for the correct size.
The bracelet was returned following Cartierâs instructions. Cartier later refused the exchange/refund claiming the bracelet had scratches.
Cartier provided photographs showing marks on the bracelet after receiving it, but they did not provide any evidence showing the condition of the bracelet before it was shipped or explain how they ruled out handling during transit or internal inspection.
What should have been a simple sizing exchange became an extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience. I had to pursue the matter through multiple channels, including consumer regulators and my credit card provider, simply to try to resolve the situation.
Cartier also held the bracelet for several weeks before returning it to me, despite advising it would be sent back sooner.
For a brand positioned as a premium luxury jeweller, the level of customer service and dispute handling was deeply disappointing and did not match the reputation or price point associated with Cartier.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing Cartier jewellery online is to be extremely cautious. If there is any issue requiring a return or exchange, you may find the process far more difficult than expected.
Refund refused - terrible customer experience
I bought my wife a juste un clou small bracelet for Valentineâs Day. I tried it on her wrist as per the Cartier instruction video. It was too big so I removed it, again as per the instructions, put it back in the box and returned it to Selfridges within 14 days.
I have been told that my return will not be accepted as the bracelet is out of shape.
This is a bracelet made of wire that you have to open up to get onto the wrist. I did this once only to try on.
Selfridges will not change their stance as Cartier are saying that we have damaged the bracelet by trying it on.
I am absolutely disgusted that a luxury brand like Cartier are selling jewellery that can be apparently damaged by trying on as per their instructions.
The customer service received has been appalling with no offer to help in any way to rectify the situation.
Only that they are returning the item to me, even though it is not fit for purpose.

Aftersale is diep treurig. Ik heb zwart op wit staan dat ik geld van een kapot artikel terug krijg. Inmiddels 2 maanden verder, 2 keer in de PC Hooftstraat winkel geweest. Begrip , excuses, relatiegeschenk, koffie noem maar op. Liever regelen ze dat ik mijn geld terugkrijg.Terugbelafspraken worden niet nageleefd. Duurt soms een week voor je antwoord krijgt op je vraag. Als ze mailen begrijpen ze je frustratie, weer excuses, onderzoekje hier en daar, ga zo maar door. Ik ben helemaal klaar met dit merk, het "deftige" gedoe in de winkel is een rookgordijn en luchtbel van onderwaardering van de klant. Bij Rolex of ander luxe merk heb ik dit in 35 jaar nog nooit meegemaakt.

Ich habe mir vor 4 Monaten eine goldene Uhr bei Cartier am Wiener Kohlmarkt gekauft. Sie ist bereits nach 3 Monaten immer wieder stehen geblieben. Als ich sie zurÃŒckbrachte musste ich 40 Minuten warten bis die Reparatur aufgenommen wurde. Keine Spur von der Freundlichkeit und prompter Erledigung die ich beim Verkauf âgenieÃenâ durfte. Im Gegenteil. Ignoranz und Ãberheblichkeit.Klar, jetzt ging es nicht mehr um die Verkaufszahl sondern um Service, dass einem âPrestigeâ Unternehmen bei defekter Ware ein Anliegen sein sollte. Nach einem Monat und erneuten 40 Minuten warten inkl. 3 Nal nachfragen ob ich was trinken wolle, bekam ich die Uhr zurÃŒck und diese hatte 2 Kratzer die vorher nicht da waren. Mir wurde vermittelt, dass die dagewesene sein mÃŒssen. Gut, dass ich ein Foto bei der Abgabe gemacht hatte um zu beweisen, dass sie offensichtlich von Cartier gemacht wurden. Die komplett unmotivierte VerkÀuferin sagte mir ich solle am nÀchsten Tag wieder kommen da der Uhrmacher sie mir polieren wÃŒrde. NÀchsten Tag, nach erneuter ewiger Wartezeit wurde ich weggeschickt mit der Bitte am Nachmittag wieder zu kommen da der Uhrmacher nicht im Haus sei. Als ich dann wieder 40 Minuten wartete fragte ich ob sich eventuell irgend jemand herablassen könne um den Uhrmacher zu kontaktieren. Nach einer Stunde wurde mir gesagt es ginge nicht. Cartier hat die Uhr zerkratzt, niemand ist willig den Fehler auszubÃŒgeln und nach dreimaliger 45 minÃŒtiger Wartezeit fÃŒr nichts werde ich in dieses âScheingeschÀftâ sicher nie wieder einen Fuà setzen!
