Kupiłam już parę rzeczy w oficjalnym sklepie Chanel. Niestety ostanie zakupy średnio się udały. Zależało mi żeby przetestować konkretną maskarę. Otrzymałem próbkę która była jak kamień a do tego aplikator utknął na dnie próbki. Konsultantka Chanel powiedziała tylko ojej i przepraszają. Nic z tym nie zrobiła. Niczego nie zaproponowała. Szok
Smell didn't stay even for a couple of hours
Nice package,a very pleasant smell,however aroma has disappeared after a couple of hours. It was a present for my mum and I am very disappointed. The sample which arrived together with this perfume is much better,I could smell my clothes the next day. For the price I paid ,I expected a much better quality. Will not buy from you again guys and will not recommend it to anyone.

I’ve had a tricky couple of weeks personally and what I thought was just going to be a quick sample in-store turned out to be a totally transformative experience. I was always a fan of the brand but with people like Leia working for the brand that fandom has increased! Well done Leia!

Köpte skor och en liten mindre väska på chanel stockholm når jag skulle öppna förpackkngen insg jag att på båda paketen var det pappers camelia blomma vad år det som hånder förpackiningen blir billigare och billigare chanel har tappat sin lyxighet dessutom så regnande det fick inte skydd för min påse tror det är nog sista gången jag köper på cbanel om de ska snåla på förpackningen med en återanvändbar blomma som jag har samlat. Kommer köpa mera på dior nu när öppnad känner lite mera lyx där

Konsultantka nie pomogła , a wręcz stała się przyczyną decyzji o nie korzystania nigdy więcej z online Chanel . Poziom obsługi to wstyd i dramat dla marki. Nie polecam i ostrzegam !!!

Today went into the store to buy something and the staff were really rude to me they were friendly to other people. They were ignoring me the whole time when i was just trying to buy something very bad service.
Karen makes you wait in the cold
Jordan, the Karen of security guards. Shops empty in bal harbour makes mum with baby wait outside 20 mins just to see if they had something quick. Literally two second question made to wait outside. Don’t get that with van cleef. If you can’t afford the staff are you really a luxury brand. Pound shop services nothing high end about that and not the first time. Hermes are even worse. About time we boycott these brands

I've to disagree with some of the negative reviews about the CHANEL customer care team. While I cannot speak for others, I can share my recent experience which was nothing short of excellent. The representative I spoke with over the phone was courteous and professional.
I've been using CHANEL skincare, makeup, and fragrance for decades. 2 weeks ago was the first time I reached out to the customer service regarding an issue with a makeup powder and nail polish. The lady I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. She was patient throughout the conversation, understood my concerns immediately and provided clear instructions on the replacement process.
For my convenience, she kindly posted me 2 prepaid envelopes for returning the items for investigation. What impressed me most was the details she provided- she emphasised the importance of obtaining a receipt from the post office as proof which was something I wouldn't have thought of. She also provided clear timeline that I would hear back from them within 10 days.
I posted the items on 26 Feb in the afternoon, and exactly 2 weeks later, today on 12 March early morning, I received my replacement parcel from CHANEL! During these two weeks, they kept me informed of every step- from confirming they received the parcel, investigating the products, issuing credit, to confirming my selected item, and finally informing me the replacements were sent. They even provided tracking number for the special delivery. I received an email from them confirming that the parcel was collected by DPD yesterday, and it arrived this morning around 7am. I'm impressed!
They even included samples in the parcel for me to try, which was a nice touch. I have nothing but good things to say about the CHANEL customer care team. Throughout my interaction with them, they did their best to meet my expectations, demonstrating excellent effort with a professional attitude. I truly appreciate what the team did for me.
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Received dust bag with no perfume. Spent $200 and got nothing. When I called they said they were going to overnight it. They never sent any tracking info and 3 days later I still haven’t received it.

Les envié información sobre varios vendedores de eBay y wallapop que venden productos de Chanel falsos a su sección de denuncias de falsificaciones en Chanel.com. Yo fui víctima de uno de ellos, un vendedor profesional de eBay alemán con miles de ventas. Ni han sido capaces de dar las gracias ni de contestar nada y los vendedores siguen tan tranquilos. Chanel intenta dar la imagen de excelencia en todos sus apartados pero en todas ellas está más bien en el lado contrario.

Ordered perfume from Chanel. Never even got the perfume but it was a gift so i didn't notice that the gift wrapping was empty until after the 14 day period. I was told by customer service I'd get nothing in return. Easily the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Ich möchte meine Erfahrung im Düsseldorfer Store teilen, da ich leider einen äußerst enttäuschenden Besuch erlebt habe. Der Kundenservice entsprach in keiner Weise meinen Erwartungen an eine Marke dieses Niveaus.
Die Mitarbeiterin ( Valeri ) wirkte sehr unprofessionell und wenig motiviert sowohl sehr ungepflegt. Eine freundliche Beratung oder ein aktives Eingehen auf meine Wünsche fand leider nicht statt. Insgesamt entstand bei mir der Eindruck von Desinteresse und fehlender Serviceorientierung.
Gerade bei hochpreisigen Produkten erwarte ich eine angenehme Atmosphäre, Wertschätzung und kompetente Beratung. Da ich mich weder willkommen noch gut betreut fühlte, habe ich mich letztlich gegen einen Kauf entschieden.
Ich hoffe sehr, dass zukünftig wieder mehr Wert auf Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt wird, da dies für das Einkaufserlebnis entscheidend ist.
Der Eine Stern ist sogar schon zu viel ehrlich gesagt.

Esperienza profondamente deludente presso la boutique Chanel di Via Montenapoleone a Milano.
Mi sono recata per acquistare diversi prodotti beauty — crema mani, trattamento viso e rossetto — confidando nella competenza e nell’eccellenza che un marchio di tale prestigio dovrebbe garantire. Ho invece riscontrato preparazione approssimativa, informazioni incerte e un atteggiamento totalmente poco professionale. Alla mia richiesta circa eventuali cofanetti o edizioni limitate, mi è stato risposto che non ve ne fossero disponibili; solo al momento del pagamento ho constatato personalmente la presenza di un cofanetto in vetrina, evidenziando una grave mancanza di conoscenza del prodotto o di attenzione verso il cliente.
In aggiunta, ho udito le collaboratrici parlare tra di loro in termini negativi di altri clienti, senza alcuna discrezione e senza considerare la mia presenza, comportamento che ritengo inaccettabile e incompatibile con un servizio di lusso.
Non si tratta di un episodio isolato: ho avuto altre esperienze deludenti presso questa boutique, ma, nonostante la mia speranza che le cose migliorassero, la realtà è che la qualità del servizio peggiora costantemente, come confermano anche le recensioni di altri clienti.
Nel settore del lusso non si acquista soltanto un prodotto, ma un’esperienza. In questo caso, l’esperienza è risultata ben al di sotto degli standard che il nome Chanel evoca e promette.
Color Transferred from Black Dust Bag
I purchased a white bag from Chanel. They gave me a black dust bag. I laid the white bag on top of their black dust bag. In about 6 months, I started noticing that the side of the white bag that is laid against the black dust bag started turning black/discolored. When I brought this up to Chanel, including their local store in Houston and the headquaters, they gave me the run around for months. Very disappointing customer service. I just started collecting Chanel. I purchased about $20,000 of their purses in a 18 month period. After this incident, I don't trust them anymore or any other high end brand.

Customer service is non-existent, I purchased a bottle of Eau de Parfum that upon opening was damaged and completely empty. I submitted a complaint and never received a reply. For a luxury brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Won't be rushing back.

Appalling customer service
My bottle of LES BEIGES de CHANEL Foundation BD21, bought from their online site, was faulty. When the pump was depressed lots of the contents also squirted out of base. When I contacted Chanel customer service they asked for photos and proof of purchase, which I supplied immediately. They sent me a reply paid envelope to return it, saying I had to get proof of posting as they would not be responsible if it went astray, but that they would send me a replacement bottle only if they agreed there really was a problem! So I trekked to the post office and sent it off weeks ago. They never contacted me again so I wrote to check it had been received. They said it had been and that they were sending me a replacement. This has still not arrived. Their emails (unsigned, so definitely written by a robot) tell me how committed they are to customer service. What a joke!
